We stayed here for 5 nights and it was a perfect experience. The rooms were so spacious and clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was quiet and dark at night which made for the best sleep. The breakfast was great and had a lot to choose from. The rooftop pool is great as well - we spent a lot of time there including on the day of our checkout. We had a late flight and the hotel lets us stay to use the pool for the day - so kind of them!!!

Honestly we were happy with everything. If I had to fault something, we ordered lunch one time and didn’t find it to be anything special but there are plenty of food options around.

The reservation says that the bathroom will have a bathtub but there was only a shower.

The pool area on the rooftop is perfect and offers amazing views of Santa Marta and the surrounding areas. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with some tasty options. The room was also a good size — very clean, and the bed was super-comfortable. It’s also in a great location, just one minute from the Marsol bus depot (great for me anyway)!

I thought the gym was disappointing; it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel and the photographs make it look larger. If another person wants to work out at the same time, it becomes too claustrophobic. As a result, I felt the price per night was on the steep side.

Rooftop pool is lovely, Bleydis was a really nice server and very patient with my lack of Spanish. Nice location to walk to the beach and along the promenade (took uber/taxi home at night though). Breakfast was okay. Restaurant menu was decent. Would definitely stay again. Not noisy at night and the bed was really comfortable.

The staff is beyond amazing, and the hotel's location is perfect to walk around the center. The bed is comfortable and the pool area is great to eat and drink.

The shower wasn't working properly and the water temperature switched way too many times. The breakfast area is also small and you sometimes have to wait to access things like a table or knife.

Clean and well located. Room service is good. The view from the pool is gorgeous. Bed is comfortable and shower is very good.

The A/C is extremely cold and they don’t have remote control to adjust in the room. The windows were extremely dirty which was a bit of a bummer because the view is absolutely amazing.

Wonderful hotel, the view from our room was spectacular. The rooftop pool was outstanding and the food in both the sky bar and main restaurant was excellent. The staff were all very helpful and special shout out to Laura! I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to others.

The staff were very friendly and warm.

Very little hot water in shower and non potable water in the sink. The water had a strange odor and taste. I just used bottle water instead. And tv only had only 1 channel. CNN !! That would make anybody go nuts watching !! Lolol

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar - from there, you can see some of the most incredible views of the city and the Sierra Nevadas. Also, parking is conveniently connected to the main building, so you can use a single elevator to get from your room to the parking garage.
