It's really a nice hotel, with such a friendly staff. The food was excellent and the breakfast buffet is very generous. We loved the pool and the rooms are big, nicely decorated and clean. Also comfy but see my minus point about the bed. I highly recommend

The bed was a bit hard and when the partner turns, you move a bit second,I went with a kid so I really did not mind but if you are looking for a romantic place, silent, with no kids, please maybe avoid in the weekend as it's quite busy with children.

We had a really lovely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without ever being overbearing, which made for a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere throughout our 4-night stay. One of the highlights was definitely the wellness area. Both the pool and sauna were clean, well-maintained, and ideal for unwinding after a day out. The breakfast spread was also impressive and the kids sure loved it.

We loved all the facilities that are provided by the hotel. The rooms are quite big and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel provides you with many choices for dinner and the breakfast is amazing with lots of choices. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the SPA. It is an amazing place for weekend relaxation.

As I wanted to surprise my partner, I asked for a romantic surprise package. From the decoration perspective, I expected more effort rather than putting in a very few number of rose petals on the bed.

Very friendly and professonal personal throughout the whole resort

- The balconies, they are totally not in an inviting state to spend some time there. Honestly they look horrible and definately need a complete makeover because of the overall bad state it is in. Especially the moving cement bricks on the floor is an absolute no go. - There is a very distinct muffy smell throughout all the hallways plus ellivator, the carpet definately need some shampoo cleaning.

We have stayed here quite a few times. It is such a relaxing place to stay. The surrounds are tranquil and beautiful. The pool area and sauna and the gym are great facilities also. Beds are so comfortable and I always sleep well here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Check your bill at checkout as we were significantly overcharged for breakfast. This was sorted though.

We went there for anniversary and they have given us room upgrade. Also they decorated our room and surprised us with chocolates and Prosecco. Room size was good enough for 2 people and the bed was comfortable too. We opted for breakfast and the spread was good enough for Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian. On top of that they also have soy/oat milk in case you are lactose intolerant. Pool and Sauna - Pool was clean and decent size. Also you can go to Sauna which is next to swimming pool. You will get towel as well to use after the pool. Lots of option for activities inside the hotel for adults and childrens like pool table, ping pong table etc. Also you can park without any cost outside the hotel

From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch, making us feel valued and well-cared for throughout our time there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Room was great and big enough for 3, with nice balcony. We stayed two nights. Bathroom was nice and big with bath and shower. Coffee facilities were nice, Nespresso machine and Kettle and fridge. Facilities was great, pool is nice and big and not to warm with sauna and steam room. We had a great stay and will definitely come again and can recommend for a relaxing stay.

Staff, location, parking, breakfast-that was great indeed! Swimming pool and sauna are fantastic- everything was clean and tidy. Gym is very clean and well equipped.

Room cleaning: one day room was not vacuum cleaned and crumbs remained all over the floor, the other day the dust bin was left full. And the tea stocks were not refilled.

The rooms were pretty large. They had a bath. The pool was clean. They had sauna.

The staff told us that the breakfast will start in 6 AM on weekdays but it didn’t and was told that morning its starting at 7am. I don’t know if the staff made a mistake because he was speaking English to us. On the weekends they said it’s starting at seven but when I went there at 7 o’clock they were still preparing to open and we had to wait for a few minutes.
