I was impressed by the cleanliness and location was great for me, as I was visiting family that lived in the area. I came to visit straight from Europe and really appreciated that this particular hotel was not in the middle of no where, and was accessible to more restaurant choices, as well as Walmart, which was great for picking up some essentials for my stay.

How loud the stairwell doors were, I was woken up three nights between 3 and 4, by other guests leaving. Then the fire alarms went off the fourth night of my stay at the same time. The last two nights of my stay were fine.

We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable executive suite with all the things in the room, eg tv, coffee maker although the coffee maker was troublesome at times, microwave, fridge etc. The sitting area and tv. Ironing board, iron and safe. It was also very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable too. We enjoyed having clean, fresh towels every day. Great shower. Enjoyed eating in the restaurant

We did not like the first room that was allocated to us. It was very stuffy. We assumed that the smell was coming from the carpet and lack of ventilation in the room. I did not sleep well, and the stuffiness triggered some asthmatic symptoms, including breathing difficulties, and consequently, I did not have a good night sleep. We approached the reception with the issues the next morning and was promptly moved to another room that was very clean and fresh. We were very happy to be able to open open a window.

Tables were sticky and not very well cleaned, chairs also sticky. I ordered a breakfast and I was totally disappointed, only 2 slices of very hardened bacon, sausage I returned them they were very stale, and my 2 sunnyside up eggs were very burnt underneath. I have 6 restaurants In Montreal and I have been In the restaurant business over 43 years, so please trust me because I know what I am talking about. PS : they should put at least 3 or 4 small slices of different fruit on the breakfast plates.

The room was comfortable and quiet.

I felt the carpet was not as clean as it could be. The restaurant’s food was expensive and not great. My husband’s veal Parmesan was tough and my salad was wilted and tiny for the cost. The cleaners came to do the rooms every morning except check out day about 8:30 a.m. We either were still sleeping or not ready to leave the room. On one day, no one came back to do the room and we didn’t have towels.

Large room and a good restaurant on site with free parking. Nearby shopping available (across the street).

Weak “free” continental breakfast as a come on to “upgrade” for a price (pasties were very stale). Small maintenance problems of a nice facility (bedside lights and loose toilet lid). Areas noted of water leakage on cabinet housing the small fridge that lacked a freezer space. One elevator.

Breakfast was good but no hot dishes. Lots of hot coffee! Staff at the desk were very helpful, efficient, knowledgeable.

The air conditionner controls seemed like they were controlled by the front desk, or maybe a spaceship. We tried to set it at 72, but it would jump to 68, then 70, or 75, on its own. So sometimes it was cold in the room, other times it was too warm.

Bed were comfortable, room clean, breakfast was okay for a continental breakfast.

Being on the first floor there were no black out curtains only sheer see through curtains with a parking lot outside our room and an overhead lamp that was on all night. Would be nice to have a high toilet so seniors can get up and down, no bar to assist you to get up, it's like sitting on the floor.

All that was mentioned in the survey and being that my car was stolen at a different Brampton hotel, it was nice to be able to see my car out the window here!

The toilet kept shifting, not sure if it was loose or broken and toilet paper totally in a behind position is hard to reach when sitting...breakfast included advertising should mention that an upgrade of $8 is required if you want something warm like eggs or pancakes...we showed up with no money thinking it was all included.

Near a wallmart walking distances not far from places. The room was okay still need some renovation to do but its okay

They said they serve continental breakfast u will get a small amount of fruits few type of bread for toast incl bagel breadpudding muffin juice oj or apple cereal. With thee or coffee. If u want any other thing u will need to order and pay.

the hotel is fine

Booking.com algorithm or whatever it is they do to track is frustrating. When I first looked, the price was 99 dollars for the night (plus tax) and in a matter of 10 minutes and by the time I was able to reach my son to confirm his stay, they have upped the price to 10 dollars more and I ended up paying the higher price. Very disappointing.
