Convenient location for meeting up with other family members travelling in from other locations. It was clean in the room though tub, shower curtain, and window coverings need up dating. Bar staff and restaurant service staff were welcoming. The discounted breakfast meal was a surprise and not listed on the menu but very well received. That should be well advertised as the restaurant is a great space for people to come in off season for a great breakfast sit down opportunity. I’d go there with a friend for a breakfast. Food menu prices seemed reasonable in the bar as well.

Mattresses were tired and had squeaky springs. I thought the black out curtains were a camouflage pattern but that was where the dark rubber had sun wear. I unplugged the fridge because the loud humming was too disturbing for sleep. The microwave is far too old looking for safe use. Hallway ceiling tiles with water stains need to be replaced. There were leaves from work boots on the entrance carpet in front of the main desk that desk clerk did not sweep up. Still there the next morning- when I commented that that was not a good first impression, she said that would be taken care of later when cleaning staff arrived. Missing the point. The first steps in should reflect your brand and message.

Only had to stay for one night but it was a good size room, looked clean, was located in an area near restaurants, was pretty quiet other than in the morning when people were closing their doors

Can pay for the room using PayPal but when checking in they require a credit card for the deposit and they wouldn't accept a variety of types of cards...my dad ended up having to put it on his card...also the heat wasn't on when we first got into the room so it was pretty chilly in there until we figured out getting the heat going

Room was clean, although looked abit 'dated' Its obvious its an old structure. But it served the purpose. I also liked its close proximity to white oaks mall, from where i could board a bus to Western University, Mason Ville mall. I could also walk to Tim Horton & some other eateries around to grab a cup of coffee or a meal. I found it convenient.

The check in process and insistence on a credit card was a challenge for me. I dont blame the property for this though. It seemed to be a standard process for hotels in the city. They didnt accept my debit card. I had get a friend who lives in London to use her credit card to get me through the check in process at the hotel. This can be a real challenge for a traveller like myself.

Quiet. I had two tired kids with me.

To teach kids how to check-out of the hotel I sent them into the lobby. This was going to be the first time for an eleven year old. Her twelve year old brother has done it before. I was parked out front waiting. She was at the counter. And when I looked again the receptionist was conducting business with a man. I was wondering what was happening so I honked the horn to get their attention. I have mobility issues. The kids didn't know. I sent them back in. The receptionist then checked us out. She assumed that the eleven year old didn't have the pin number. Before she went in she asked for it and wrote it down. I went in and sternly but not aggressively told the receptionist she ruined the first time experience for check-out.

The room was very clean and smelled clean. The bathroom was very clean and up to date. The room was very nice.

I would like to say I think when you check in and are given a coupon for the restaurant next door, Chelsea's, we should have been told it was ONLY good for dinner. The breakfast buffet was the absolute worst I've ever been to. For $12.50 you would think it would have all the breakfast items. There was no bread of any kind, no english muffins, no bagles. The wasn't any fresh fruit or yogurt. The steam table wasn't even lite. So the under cooked bacon and sausage were cold. The eggs were cold. And you had to wait for everything. Bins were always empty. It was horrible 😢 😫.

best hotel we’ve stayed at since waiting for our permanent home and exceptionally nice staff very accommodating and felt very welcomed right away and through out our stay and very much surprised and thankful they didn’t require a deposit , also thankful for accommodating when we asked for an early check in time and got us in by 1:30pm it was great and a beautiful hotel stay and everything was very well kept and housekeeping was great as well ! exceptional stay ! they were beyond accommodating when we extended our stay and we’re late doing so and they had no issue especially being almost fully booked right before March break it was so great snd which my enjoyable experience!!! highly recommended and want to come back again hopefully very soon since our permanent home still is not ready unfortunately so this was my first go to to see if there were rooms available!!!! 10/10 experience !!!!

no complaints, we by mistake had somehow brought pillows and they were understanding and we brought back within the hour and never once felt they were judgemental and understood since we have small children they allowed me to take them swimming while my husband got our things ready to be out on time for check out at 11am and they were amazing about everything ! NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL!

Size of room was great. Room was clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. They let us do a late check out without hesitation.

Breakfast was ok but not the best as the orange juice tasted off, the sausages were not fully cooked, and a hair was found in our muffin. The staff in the restaurant was great so we didn't complain.

Location and staff were fabulous. The air conditioning is excellent and internet was fast. The beds were ok. We loved the in-house restaurant. The pool was nice.

Pillows need updating. The water pressure is terrible for showering. Some of the flooring is dated and old. The Ice Maker was broken on the 1st floor, but you could use the 2nd floor Ice machine. The only problem is there is no elevator to the upper floor for someone with mobility issues.

Location is awesome , pool is warm, a lot of parking, AC was nice and cold. Has microwave, mini coffee maker, and fridge that worked.

Ice machine doesn’t work, they ran out of towels for the pool, bathtub wasn’t in good shape ( bottom of it was peeling/rusty) they had a non slip mat for the bathtub. Lighting in room is poor. Gym out of service they give you voucher for 2 hours across the street gym. Restaurant is closed Sundays (only open for breakfast Sunday)

RIPPED SHEER CURTAINS HID BEHIND THE REGULAR CURTAINS. REPORTED TO FRONT DESK IMMEDIATELY AS TO NOT GET CHARGED FOR SOMETHING WE DIDNT DO. FRONT DESK REALLY DIDNT SEEM TO CARE. THE GIRL BEHIND THE DESK HAD SO MUCH MAKE UP SHE LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS GOING TO CLUB PARTY NOT DOING A PROFESSIONAL JOB GREATING THE PUBLIC
