Nice, well-thought-out hotel - everything just right. Standard rooms are tight, but efficient and cozy. SPA area wasn't overcrowded, with a pool good for pleasure and sporty swimming. A dry sauna and a steam sauna are just what you need. Breakfast was just right, and lunch in the restaurant was good too. Saturday evening was smoothened by a concert in the hall, with the bar serving all kinds of drinks and snacks. Oh! And they have drinking water refill stations on every floor!

No soap? Really? The use of small shower gel tubes was inconvenient.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy hotel. The personnel all outstanding! We enjoyed our stay very much! The Breakfast is great, everyone will find something nice to start the day. The Pool and the Sauna Area is a great Bonus! Location is perfect! Not far from Restaurants and most important from the beach! We will come back!

Although it was not much of a deal, I have to admit that there should be some maintenance soon. We were happy to have a balcony, but the balcony looked sad. Some tiles were broken and it was just old. Looked dirty, although it was not. The cleaning ladies and gentleman's do an outstanding job! It was just old. The topper and the mattresses should be replaced soon too.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised when they informed us that we had been upgraded to a beautiful room with a stunning view. It really made our stay extra special. But the highlight was when they surprised my mum with a birthday cake in the room! It was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that made my day! Thank you to the amazing staff for making this birthday trip unforgettable! I can't wait to come back.

1. Every detail of the hotel is on point! We had a great stay. Everything looks new, shiny and extremely clean. 2. Family room is perfect for 2 adults + 1 kid, there's a door separating the 2 areas. Big balcony. Comfortable beds. Our room was on the 9th floor with an awesome view of the endless pine forest. 3. Good AC. Elevators work great. 4. Nice staff, polite and always helpful. 5. Pool and SPA area - the cleanest Spa I've ever been to. Big 25 m, 3 corridor pool great for swimming (training), not just relaxing. Loved that time at the pool/spa was not limited. 6. Big private parking (paid). But there are also free parking spots near the hotel. 7. Location - Beautiful quiet area, 3 min walk to a gorgeous beach (Bulduri). You need to take the car to visit Jurmala, but I loved staying in this quieter area. The beach is also more wild and natural, than that in Jurmala. Water is very shallow. 8. Outdoor playground. Paid indoor playground. 9. Restaurant: delicious food, nice staff, loved taking our meals here. Kids menu is great. Kids play corner in the restaurant is awesome, with lots of toys. 9. Breakfast is good.

1. Indoor pool is huge, but the rest of the SPA is small and fragmented and doesn't really have the feel of a real SPA experience (only 1 dry sauna and 1 wet sauna crowded in one small area, 1 contrasting shower at the entrance near baby pool, 1 jacuzzi near the other end of the pool). Also no supervision by staff so some kids do jump into the pool although there are signs against it. No delimitation between kids and adult areas. They do have adults only hours after 20 30, but didn't make it then to see if it's better. 2. Outdoor pool also small, but the outdoor area is very nice. 3. Indoor baby pool is tiny, for max 4-5 kids..considering it's a family hotel and there are lots of small children. No pool for intermediate age kids (5-10 yo) so they all use the big pool.

Good location, 8 minutes by car to the center of Jurmala. To the beach - 5 minutes through the forest. About the restaurant: Excellent breakfasts, I must say that the staff is also very good, all requests were fulfilled with a smile on their face, which is nice. The spa complex is clean and comfortable. My wife and children want to come back)

The restaurant manager was a little in character (when asking for cream - I had to wait 3 people in line for a cappuccino, although it took him exactly 20 seconds to get it from the refrigerator), but ok, try to please everyone).

We stayed with the family 5 years Old and 10 months old baby. Location is very good, 5 minutes to the sea side, excellent breakfast, choice selection amazing. Very clean rooms, excellent service, beautifully view from the balcony. Great swimming pool with kids and all the facilities. We really enjoyed staying in there. I would recommend it and looking forward to come back.

Because we stayed with kids the mini bar selection we didn't need, mostly staff we don't eat and drink, also pricey instead of mini bar we would really need it mini fridge, because weather was too hot and yogurt or milk would expire without the fridge. Also beds were too high, little kids easy could fell down from the bed otherwise everything we liked.

- Quality of products served for breakfast could be improved (eg. coffee, powdered milk in a coffee machine instead of normal milk, juice from concentrate, scrambled eggs from ready mix) - There are only 2 lifts in the hotel - during weekend there were long waiting times and the lifts were overcrowded - The daily cleaning service of the rooms could be improved

Clean, beautiful well maintained hotel. Nice stuff at the reception as well as the restaurant in the evenings. Free room upgrade. Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly stuff. Non-smoking policy in the entire property was a huge plus. Good breakfast. Free spa access. Great location near the sea shore. Loved it, would definitely recommend this place. Hope to visit it again one day!

Some of the spa staff were a bit unwelcoming. Bad smell from the sink drain every time you opened the tab. Tv channel selection was a bit lacking. The spa pool seemed to be shared with the swimming school for local kids, so one the 3 lines was always busy, additionally it's got way too noisy when the teachers shouted at the kids. This is NOT related to the hotel but these teachers were very rude to those 3-5 yo children :(

A very clean room with nice views of the coast and Riga, the breakfast was nice. The hotel is very close to the beach, not many stores nearby though. We did not try the spa as you are not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room.

The hotel only had 2 elevators and at certain hours you had to wait for quite a bit to get in the elevator. Smoking was not allowed on the balconies, which is odd, and wish this was disclosed in the booking ad, there was also no designated smoking area, so guests were all smoking in front of the hotel entrance.

Ideal place to visit together with anybody! Very family-oriented if that's what you need, but also would be an excellent spot when travelling with friends. The family room was fantastic, kids have a bunk bed with children's table and chairs, and the adults have a whole bedroom to themselves. Kids area doesn't have any power sockets, nor otherwise "loose" or touchable items. Thermostat and balcony access is also in the "adults" room. Spa area is relatively small, but it's offset by the fantastic private outdoor pool area. Restaurant was fantastic in the evening and even better in the morning. Private parking for only 5€, large fenced yard around the complex, including a children's playground. Everything is new, the hotel gym is equivalent to an actual gym. A complete gem, and a must stay for every trip to Jūrmala.
