Everything about this hotel was amazing! From the wonderful staff, to the room and all it's amenities. The hotel itself was so beautiful, clean and smelled amazing all the time. The breakfast was AMAZING there were so many options and I absolutely loved the fresh juice bar! I had mentioned that we were coming to celebrate a wedding anniversary and there was such a cute setup which included balloons, rose petals and cake! This was so sweet. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

Location of the property is close to a lot of shopping mall. The 2 bedroom suite was a great size for a family of 4. The staff has great customer service and very knowledgeable.

It is slight outdated but it well maintain. The bed was quite worn. The room we had the main bed sunk and made sleeping uncomfortable.

Excellent location. The hotel connects via a tunnel through to the JW Marriott which is across the road from the Pavilion Mall which is of the best malls we’ve been to. Staff are excellent as is the afternoon tea in the lobby lounge for RM160++ for two people. Such amazing value! Same goes for breakfast that was included in our booking. Excellent varieties of food items and plenty of staff in hand to help with anything you may need.

If I had to be really picky the bed was a little too hard for my liking and the bath towels are quite small rather than being bath sheets as in other top hotels.

Impossible to contact the hotel reservations team. Rang and emailed the hotel several times before our visit and no response (emails bounced back). Extremely frustrating.

The room was clean and staff very friendly. And aslo the breakfast also very nice.

We was not satified require pay parking fee even though stay at 5 star hotel. The parking fee amount was RM12 without flat rate as well. If we driving out, we need to pay again RM12 again per entry. It was not fair to us stay with the 5 star hotel rate. The staff said that parking issue was not under hotel management. We felt that hotel management need discuss with 3rd party parking management to solve it. The good hotel with 5 star still need to parking fee was very unfair for our customer.

Room was large and very comfortable bed. Dyptique toiletries……oh joy, one of my favourite brands! Reception area, bar and restaurant all of high standard Amazing breakfast Great pool & fitness room Great location, minutes from Bukit Bintang & easily walkable to Petronas towers Great value for money for a hotel of this calibre

Nothing not to like

We did a 2 bedroom suite and the space was great! They didn't mention that it had an office which is where we ended putting the kid's crib instead of the 2nd bedroom. The staff at the hotel was great and always helpful especially when taking cabs and loading up the kids and stroller. Location was fantastic and it was easy to walk to Jin Bukit Bintang walking through the JW Marriott and The Starhill shops that are connected.

The 2 bedroom suite is in need of a refresh. The carpet and sofas are showing their age and the repair work done on the unit does not look the best for a place with the Ritz Carlton name - they used a lot of caulk for the repairs on the windows, base boards, and bathrooms. Kitchen could also use more plates, glasses and utensils.

Checking in process was fast and simple with our room being upgraded for free. We purchased the club access for additional and received exceptional service however after having it for one day we realised we did not make use for the benefits and cancelled. Turn down service was good and rooms are cleaned at least 2 times a day with regular up keeping.

When club access is cancelled service received is much lower standard from reception, especially when staying in such a good hotel. Upon checkout process, prices are completely different and more compared to the price booked via bookings.com along with additional charges however reception staff are unable to understand and explain any of these.

Great experience in a such luxurious hotel! Loved the fanciness of it!

I had trouble of getting a simple invoice because I paid via booking and all staff was getting rid of responsibility of issuing me an invoice. I had to do 8 calls between booking.com customer service and the management of the hotel in order to get a simple invoice. I guess I am not the only one booking their hotel via booking Also, the hotel looks very nice, but I am wondering how they could put slippery pavers all around, so only by walking you can easily fall down, which happened to me. I mean, Malaysia has rainy seasons, so the hotel should consider making smarter architecture decisions.

On arrival we were greeted by staff opening the hotel door and taking our luggage into reception. There we were given a seat and almost immediately a member of staff from the Executive Lounge came to offer us a drink (it was at the start of the evening cocktails etc). That set the tone for our stay. The staff throughout the hotel were outstanding. Particular mention to May T, Cadence and Bahar Uddin in the Executive Lounge and Vadivelu at the front of house (apologies for any spelling mistakes). Housekeeping were superb, making sure the room was always refreshed and clean (sorry we didn’t actually get anyone’s name). Beautiful hotel with outstanding staff. Throughly recommend the Executive Lounge. The food is fantastic and way more than just canapés.
