The staff was very friendly. We arrived an hour later than our planned reservation. And your front desk, night host was very accommodating. The hotel was pretty full even at the 10pm hour. Come to find out it was graduation weekend fir the local schools. Kitchen staff members and housekeepers were very nice and kept up with the demand of the guests. I give them the highest rating. Hotel was clean and comfortable for our stay.

Our only complaint would have been the guests who stopped for the night took up several parking spots in the smaller front lot with work trucks and trailers - parking over 3-4 spots in stead of parking on the side of the building and giving single cars the front lot...

The staff was very courteous at check in. I loved that the room was not carpeted, which made it feel so much cleaner. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

I didn't attend myself, but my husband said that breakfast "was a dud" and went on to say the selection was very limited and unappealing. I had planned on eating there before heading home because I was unfamiliar with the city, but we ended up finding a restaurant elsewhere. It wasn't the end of the world, and this is the only criticism I could come up with.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had and as an airbnb super host, I’m very picky!! From the time we checked in late at night (passing through Little Rock) to the time we left, everything was perfect!!! Super clean, extremely friendly staff, smell amazing, not strong but a light pleasant scent, great amenities, great breakfast and travel with two puppies, this staff made our stay absolutely perfect in every way!! Stay here, you will not be disappointed!!

The room was very spacious and clean. As soon as we entered, the receptionist made us feel very welcome. The entire staff was very accommodating! The breakfast could have had better choices. Shout out to our girl Olivia!! She got us checked out expediously. Her personality is so endearing. Nice hotel and the staff made our visit a memorable one.

Everything went really good. The ladies at the desk were great, very polite and helpfull. Definitely will stay again. We had queen dbl room. It was very clean and nice size.

Only thing there was that I didn't like was the elevator was slow. But that was just a minor issue. It didn't affect my stay though.

The breakfast was decent. Feel there should be more options for people that don't eat swine.

The stay was decent until I was woke up by a couple yelling and screaming at one another outside of my room. We checked out shortly after we were interrupted. The room was in great condition. Really wish I could've enjoyed the rest of my stay.

There were a few times I had issues with housekeeping but the front desk staff addressed it immediately

The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent, very helpful , and very polite. The girl working the front desk when I checked in at 530 pm was very quick to check me in and she came and got my TV working later that night , thank you for the help.

One of the two beds should not have been in the room. Just touching it it squeaked. Let alone sitting or laying on it. Whoever made that bed should have reported it and have it exchanged. It was terrible!

The property was great. It was very clean and convenient to the interstate. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was great.

The property was great with one exception. The area for the dogs were just rocks as opposed to any grass at all. It is hard for dogs to use rocks to go to the bathroom.
