Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We did not complain, but the lighting fixture in the bathroom was falling down, the fridge was missing a shelf and no light inside, areas around the room were dirty and there were cob webs and spiders by the window/desk area. We did not spend much time in the room, therefore, we did not alert the front desk of any issues. We did not want anyone in the room, while we were not there. In the past five stays, the rooms have been fantastic. This stay was disappointing, but comfortable.

This Hampton Inn is very comfortable, quiet and clean. I like that.

The only problem I had was that I asked if I could get an early check in at about 11:30. I showed up at about noon. Even though the hotel was empty with only about four or five cars in the parking lot, I was told that an early check-in would be $35. I told the lady at the front desk that I would be back later. I can understand a fee but that large of a fee when there is no contention for rooms or no stress on the facility is ridiculous.

The landscaping was well manicured and the lobby was warm and welcoming. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the rooms, the aesthetics and the cleanliness.

The beds were not very comfortable, I barely slept. We were on the ground floor, and one of the patrons was parked right outside of our window and repeatedly honked their horn unnecessarily throughout the evening.

Out of 4 nights of travel this was by far our best experience. Absolutely wonderful! Lovely girl who answered the phone & wished us safe travels. Mike was so welcoming & sweet when we arrived. The bed, pillows & bathroom were all soooo clean. I could've stayed forever. Breakfast was delicious & an abundant variety. Loved that they are being so environmentally conscious with soap, shampoo, body gel, etc. Would highly recommend!!

The only thing that would make this even better would be a slightly more fluffy towel.

At four o’clock, the room wasn’t ready for check in. The room seemed clean, but kind of smelled like feet. The carpet maybe?

Excellent, friendly staff. They really made me feel welcome and appreciated. Shout out to the front desk female on the night of Tuesday, 2/21 at around 10 pm. I wish I could remember her name, but she was great, as was the front desk person the following morning. Very nice, greeted customers with beautiful smile. Carmen in the breakfast dining area was also wonderful. She worked the room, talking to everyone in the area, wanting to make sure that their breakfast was good. Truly, it was a mediocre breakfast, but it was free, and Carmen made it all the better! The room was clean, was a generous size, the shower pressure was good, and the pillows were comfortable.

The parking situation was my biggest problem. Cars park outside the rooms, perpendicular to the windows of the rooms, so really, the cars pull right up to the outside of the windows of the rooms. It was a problem for me, because I heard the beep-beep of cars locking pretty much all night, as well as conversations of the customers standing outside, chatting and laughing. Unfortunately, it was around 6:30 am that the car outside my window started to pack up. I had gotten in late and was exhausted, so I was really irritated. There was a loud cackling woman right beside my window, and they clearly didn't care that they were making a lot of noise. I didn't get a good night's sleep here.

Ch/in to Ch/o super courteous and prompt! Room was very clean and noiseless. Bed terrific, hot, hot water in shower.

Location

Heater was not working correctly, was either 80 or 50 nothing in between. Fire alarm is too loud. Someone in another room lit a candle causing the fire alarm to go off and the alarm was absolutely too loud.

Location was great as we were in town for Pennhurst Paracon, and it was a very nice drive between the site and the hotel.

Maybe some more frequent housekeeping within the rooms?

The staff at this hotel are so nice. The front desk lady, Sandee, was so friendly. On Saturday morning, we went to breakfast & were greeted by multiple employees telling us good morning. The breakfast attendant was so nice, asking if everyone was ok or needed anything. The room was clean, bed was ok. One wall light didn't work but there were plenty of other lights in the room. Red velvet waffles...👍🏼😋
