Westly I think was his name was very helpful. He did not think we bothered him in any way. Was efficient in getting us checked in so we could get to the convention center before the registration closed there at3:00 on the 4th of July. Thanks!

The food was a little pricey. We had dinner there twice. Our server was great.

They charge $15/day for internet in the bedroom, unless you become a member of their reward program. Wi-fi was unstable on daily basis, hard to use even for basic personal needs.

I did not get to try the breakfast. My husband did and he liked it.

We noticed that housekeeping did not change our sheets for a couple of days. We saw a couple of stains on the sheets and could tell that they had not been changed.

I didn’t eat breakfast there, but I did enjoy the dinner that I ate there, I only ate there twice.

It was a great experience for us there, so I definitely recommend it to anyone.

The entire staff made a point to ensure guests are comfortable and have everything needed. Great location and very nice rooms!

Room was really small not enough room look bigger on the picture. Sheet and comforter had some stains on them had to get them changed asap. Took some getting used to.

Clean bedding!!!! Better parking they parked my car I guess under a tree the whole time I was there and the birds set up camp. When we got ready to leave car was in a mess bird mess it was horrible.

Location was excellent for us, But we were less than happy with the customer service. The wake up call we needed for an early early meeting was not made and almost cost us dearly, The managment response was a simple we are sorry, For 300 a night I expect a wake up call. Food was good and bar service was excellent

The restaurant was very good, staff members were very friendly, property and room clean.

The room service food was like take out rather than served on a tray with plates/silverware. The room was very small

It was clean and beautiful.

There were no stores or eating places near.
