They don't have any microwaves

The rooms were large pillows fluffy and location is decent McDonald's and 2 qas stations

Microwave didn't work carpet near bathroom was wet. Toilet recently used #2

The pillows were small and flat, also the blanket was thin

I just stayed a night beds were comfy. But breakfast was not included as stated..

Everything was clean

The staff told me I had too much trash for them and to take out my own trash. well I think it’s common courtesy if you have a certain amount of trash in a hotel to take it out or get a big enough bag to help the staff,But I’ve also paid to stay at the facility and no one should have asked me to take out my own trash.

What I expected for the price was ther primary conderation

Door card locks different than I experienced in pass

the staff did what they could to accommodate me even though there was an issue with there system upon arrival

The payment system was down which caused me some trouble while checking in.

It was cheap. It’s a place to stay for a quick weekend if the room would have been better.

The beds are very hard and the towels were dirty and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. Also there was blood on the bathroom wall and on the wall by the AC unit. The AC did not work properly. I booked for two nights and my key card was deactivated on the second day.

Easy to get to from freeway.

No breakfast served at this location. Staff (check-in clerk) was a bit hard to understand due to accent -- but friendly! Towels were badly stained (needs to be washed with a bit of Clorox!). Stayed 2 nights, room not made up after first night. For the price, expected a bit higher class rooms and décor. Shocked at how much higher the weekend price was than during the week.
