Thd bathroom was nice and very clean. The decor was modern and updated. Desk people were alittle rude but I think she was one of the cleaning ladie because she was not dressed in regular atitire.

My greating at the desk when I arrived was weird due to woman's response that i did not have a reservation when my friend who I was meeting for our event in Dallas was already in the room. I made the reservations and my friend was list on there because she arrived esrlier. They hardly looked up at me or greated me when I arrived. A very weird and awkward greeting. I needed to use the restroom and ask for on and she responded around the cornor never botherd to give me the code so I had to walk back with my bags and ask for it. Just deliberately rude and inept.

Friendly staff, very welcoming. Breakfast was great, the lady who was in charge of serving breakfast was very polite and she makes sure the area is clean. Swimming pool is also clean. Our room was on top floor and was very quiet despite having the whole swim team (Aggies) were also occupying some rooms. Overall, it was a great experience, the only negative is it was kinda pricey.

I like that they offered breakfast. It was your basic breakfast but a variety of choices.I enjoyed the pool as well as the gym. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

If I could change one thing there would be more towels in the room. I know I could just ask for more towels but having it readily available would have been nice.

I would have appreciated having a roll-in shower. With my husband in a wheelchair it would have been helpful.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel as a whole and the staff was nice and understanding! Price wasn’t terrible especially regarding a later booking. Very clean room as well!

The location isn’t the best tbh. Not a lot from walking distance. And the breakfast options could be improved. More options for fruit and larger portions for fridge products are some things I would recommend.

The bed and pillows are slightly harder than I prefer and they offer powdered coffee creamer in the room, which my partner dislikes (as he is a coffee lover)

Breakfast was good. It varied from day to day. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were supper friendly. Good location as well. 18mins drive from the airport and there were lots of shops and restaurants in a few mins driving distance or even walking distance.

It’s clean and the surroundings are safe to walk in. The owners and staff are very nice and helpful. Chilis restaurant is very close.i used uber eats this time and they were very efficient.

All of the staff members were VERY friendly. They all said good morning and have a great day or night. Faculties were clean. Highly recommend.
