We liked the room accommodations, we enjoyed the contentatal breakfast, as well as guest business facilities. Housekeeping and BWP: Rockwall Inn & Suites staff were in our opinion exceptional; from evening/overnight Guest Relations Representative at our check on December 8th until we checked out on December 11th. My husband and I also enjoyed the food and sightseeing/entertainment in relation to our lodging.

The softness/feel of the mattress left something to be desired in our opinions and although we loved and enjoyed the inclusive contentatal breakfast...we would have liked the options/selections were extremely limited.

Location, right off I-30 Rooms were clean, loved that the room had a small fridge and microwave, staff was friendly. We never had the free breakfast, so we can't comment on it.

The beds were not very comfortable, by the 3rd night my back was killing me, too hard.

The hotel is located on the frontage road and near restaurants. The natural light in the bathroom is a huge plus! I really enjoyed that. The staff was friendly and professional. They even did the courtesy call to check on me about an hour after I checked in.

The parking lot is a little bit small. The spaces are tight, especially when loading luggage into your side door. Additionally, you can easily hear noise from the hallway. I was near the elevator and overheard a couple of conversations that I did not wish to. They were louder than the TV. My only choices were to hear the conversations or turn up the volume on the TV and disturb the people staying next door.

The staff is always so friendly and accommodating.

The AC unit in our room didn't really perform very well.( It had a remote that didn't work & the temp was hard to maintain. I had to get up & manage it during the night manually.

Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Good room lighting and table to eat at. Really nice shampoo, body wash, and lotion. Good selection at breakfast. With construction in the area staff was very helpful with directions. Would definitely recommend!

Bathroom could use updating but not a big deal.

Staff was very nice, hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Beds were fairly comfortable.

Rooms are a little dated. We had a handicapped accessible room with a tub, there was mold under the pull down shower chair but overall the bathroom was clean.

Food was warm to hot. Eggs were of powdered type. Rest of breakfast was excellent.

Powered eggs are not my favorite . Vending machine 1st floor not working. 3rd floor worked fine except exact payment had to be made. Neither vending, a credit card could not be used. Needs update

Well lit parking lot & Breakfast was substantial with plenty of variety.

Not aware of how close it was to the highway & of course always quite noisy, which was annoying during the night.

Room was clean. Plenty of towels were provided. Easy check in/out. Room had heavy curtains which blocked light.

It is on the access road and traffic noise was apparent. The compressor on the AC unit kicked on loudly each time.

Location is great for us. it is easy to get to our family and friends.

All the construction, but it was better than the last few years have been.
