I don't know the book keepers name but she was absolutely great. I want to come back just to see her lol she exceeded my expectations of the staff. 20 out of 10 the best hotel employee I've ever experienced.

Our room was too small for the amount of people we had, but we made it work. :)

The staff was amazing Ms.Stephanie and Harry was awesome everything asked for was accommodated with ease very personable interacted with my kids just great.

Honestly nothing I know I booked a motel and it was just that clean, beds fine, as mentioned very accommodating needed a fridge made sure I had one even and iron I was there for 4 days price was great. No it wasn’t the Hilton but that’s not what I was looking for I was looking for affordable close to my destination I planned to be at and omg gave suggestions of beaches to go to. I was very pleased. Modern is not what it’s all cracked up to be lol old fashion never hurts no one! I’ll be back anytime I hit Sandusky for the parks and beaches.

The staff was very friendly especially Stephanie she was very attentive to our needs and super sweet!!!!🤗 She gave us a good room right inside the pool area. Plus it's close to Cedar Point and the Jet Express that takes you to Kelley Island!!!❤️

Well the only thing didn't care for was the Bed was not very Comfy and coffee and breakfast as advertised.😒 Other than that we would stay there again!!!!❤️

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were the best part of our stay. The pool was perfect and it was great for my child to have something to do when we weren’t out enjoying the area.

It would’ve been nice to have a mini fridge and functional WiFi. However, it was a quiet place and the A/C was awesome. All you really need is a pool and functioning A/C this time of year.

My reservation was threw booking.com, I had requested two rooms on the first floor, handicap. The hotel did not get that request, however I had called an hour after I said I would get there and found out my rooms were on the second floor, I told them that was not acceptable because we had people in wheelchair. The lady I talked to found me two rooms on first floor, one accommodated a wheelchair. Then the next morning the third room I had reserved for that day they up graded to add an extra bed and it was on the first floor. They were very helpful and thoughtful.

Not enough towels. Rooms were kinda small, except for the room that got upgraded on Saturday.

Affordable, location to cedar point..

Pretty much only thing didn't like, they would not allow a LATE checkout...(Only asked for an hour, maybe 2) They allowed it time before when we stayed, but would not this stay...we would have even paid a little extra, but wouldn't allow. Will be looking for new hotel for our cedar point trips.

Good price, close to cedar point...staff very friendly.. Also let us have a late checkout since we overslept.

Just couple minor things, the room we was in, the toilet. Ya kinda had to sit sideways because the counter was way too close to it. Maybe counter was new, & too big of one was put in...& Not the best water pressure for shower.

Was a great little place close to cedar point Park excellent prices clean comfortable and indoor swimming pool definitely would recommend to anybody looking for a convenient location at a convenient price and reference to cedar point

Can't say that there was something I didn't like everything was quite pleasant

Close to my job, and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly, and went above and beyond, even held my charger for me when I forgot it in the room.

The lady in the room next to me was very loud, but the staff told me next time, come to the office and they can either switch my room or talk with the guest to ask to quiet down as after 11pm is quiet time.

Staff was great! Clean rooms and pool area. After staying here, I feel that the previous reviews were a little harsh. We will definitely come back. It was a great value for the price, and the location is fantastic.

Bed was too hard, but another guest said his was too soft, so to each his own, I guess.
