This was an amazing hotel with an excellent staff. Very accomodating. The rooms were impeccably clean and the beds were so comfortable. We loved the Koi pond and gardens. The restaurant was wonderful and breakfast buffet was very good. Dinner was so well presented and the rockfish was a 10. Only dissappointment was the hours of the bar and restaurant. There is no wayTThis to enjoy an evening cocktail past 9 p.m There is little if no other place to go for these options in town either. The bar should be open until at least 10 or 11. This best western premier hotel rivals many other hotels that charge far more than we paid. We will be back if our travels take us to the area again. Thank you to all the Staff!!!!!

The very short hours for dining and bar. Also there was no dining or bar available on Monday night when we arrived. . I believe it is also closed on Sunday. The town has very few options as well and kind of far from other towns.

We will be back! Great property. The gardens were an added bonus that exceeded our expectations. The pool was open later than others and had lots of sitting areas. We ate dinner outside since it was warm and had a great experience. The room was spotless and the beds super comfy. The breakfast was much nicer than expected and it was a surprise to have it included in the cost. Super quiet area and lots of parking.

The only disappointing thing was arriving on a Monday and finding out the restaurant was closed that evening. BUT the great breakfast the next day made up for it and there are lots of food options within 2 miles.

Very well organized. Servers brought breakfast I ordered to my table. The choices of foods were outstanding as were the staff and food quality. The dining at night there was excellent. Though choices were more limited than breakfast, the quality of the dishes was outstanding including dessert. The front desk staff encouraged me to park in front of the hotel when I told them that I was unable to lock my car as the battery in the key fob was likely in need of replacement as it operated with difficulty to lock & unlock doors. They also advised me of the nearest dealership if I wanted it dealt with, but I didn't want to waste time on my vacation. But, they were helpful.

I was unaware that I was suppose to request housekeeping, but as I was alone, I did not in any way suffer in a two bed room. Later, I noticed an elevator sign that said that housekeeping could be requested. I was just surprised that it was not automatic, and that no one at check-in mentioned this to me. There were no instructions on how to work the television with the remote in my room, but I figured it out by trial and error.

I like that they are very clean. The gardens were a nice addition. Staff was efficient and friendly. Year round hot tub and pool are fantastic. Restaurant in the hotel is just big enough but still cozy.

The bed was WAY to soft. Didn't sleep very well. The sound proofing on such a new place was bad. We could hear people in the halls talking like they were in our room, doors slamming (because they don't have a slow stopper). The pool didn't have adult hours (even a couple) for the hot tub pool area.

Absolutely lovely! Staff was very pleasant and informative, always available for questions! Fresh cookies to choose from at check in was a bonus! The grounds are gorgeous, just a spectacular koi pond and Japanese garden to enjoy. It really looks like a space for weddings! Room was delightful, comfortable bed, spacious, very clean and modern. Pool is outside but heated. Breakfast in the morning was delicious! Wonderful stay!

Amazing place!! What a gem in such a small town!! I had planned a road trip with my sisters (we were from Boston, Houston and LA, California area) and happened to find property online as I researched the Lebanon area for a nites stay. Can’t say enough good things about it. Beautiful in every way! And having an excellent restaurant in-house kicks it up another notch. Perfect after a days drive and too tired to go out and try to find a place to eat. Extraordinary place! ❤️

This is a very good hotel for the price paid. Which is to say, it isn't perfect but it's way above average for the price. It has a good steakhouse type restaurant on site and a beautiful garden. The staff is above average. I think it's worth the 20 minute detour from the 5 - It's sort of in the middle of nowhere unless you're going to the medical center

Everything, out with an awful experience in another lodging (read my rating on Travelodge) they were able to accommodate us on such short notice, and not charge us an arm and a leg. They were very understanding and very accommodating. The hotel itself was very clean and felt like you were in a fancy hotel. They served a real breakfast with real food not no continental kind. The staff was very amazing.

The only thing I would say is the location is deep in from the interstate. Out of the way. BUT STILL WORTH IT!!

The most important thing is cleanliness, and I was NOT disappointed. Also we were in town for a family wedding and it was very nice that my grandson and sister were able to come and enjoy the pool with us. If we are in your area again, we will definitely stay with you. We will recommend staying here for sure. Thank you.

The only thing I could say negative is when we checked in the Guy Levi was so kind and helpful and was doing fine. Then a older lady came over to answer a question he had and she started rolling her eyes and shaking her head and really degrading this poor sweet kid Levi. She started like pointing all the things wrong. Then my husband ask for water and she says those are only for the diamond customer which we are the diamond customer. I just feel this is no way to treat a new employee and do in front of a customer or even not in front. You just don’t treat people like that. I think her name was Madeline or Melanie . Not sure really.
