The room was reasonably clean and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive, especially for the hotel price. Could've used more fruit but otherwise a lot of selection. We were there for 7 days and didn't get tired of it.

Building is a getting a little old and it showed. But not bad for the low cost, especially compared to staying in a park resort. The times for the free shuttle were very limiting and required 24-hour notice if you had a wheelchair so we gave up on it and just paid $30 a day to drive and park at the parks.

We had lukewarm water for showers, but when we asked about it, the maintenance man had it fixed within minutes. Excellent!! Breakfast options were varied each day, and hot. Breakfast staff was always friendly. We were there for 5 days.

We had 1 bath towel each, and 1 hand towel each. We had no wash cloths. We went to the desk to get them ourselves. No problem getting them.

Helpful and courteous staff! The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff cleaned our room daily, with the change of bedding and towels. The breakfast is very good.

The WiFi is very poor and there is no WiFi connection in my room on the 4th floor. The WiFi only works in the reception area.

It was close to everything from food to sightseeing

Nothing we had a problem with the Heater the first night we went down stairs to talk to someone and Christina the manager took care of everything they moved us to another room made sure the heat was working Christina-told us if we needed anything please contact her that was a good manager.

Front desk was very knowledgeable but not very friendly. Clean was very comfortable and clean very nice stay. Well worth the money and for sure would recommend this motel.

Front desk wasn't all that friendly or welcoming. An older lady sitting on the phone behind the desk was speaking in another language very loudly over top of us. Kinda felt that was rude.

Breakfast was great. The person in charge of breakfast always had everything full and was always cleaning things. Great atmosphere. A lot of seating. Beds were comfortable.

Only issue was our door. Very temperamental. They were up in minutes to fix it. Staff was wonderful!!!

Close proximity to Disney parks

Not much, there was an issue with the room being locked from the inside, they moved us no problem . TV was not working, they attempted to fix as problem happened late at night, by next day it was fixed

The staff was very helpful 😁 I enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was awesome my grandson has autism and he really enjoyed this hotel because all of the people that were working always had time to just stop and say hello , because he loves speaking to everyone 😁😘

Everything was wonderful. The staff was kind and informative. The hotel was clean and provided a large assortment for breakfast. The pool was clean and very accessible to get to. Plus having a restaurant on site made things so easy. The food was delicious, we ate there three times on our stay. I will definitely be staying here next year when we come again. Thank you so much for making our stay so exceptional!

Easy to get to. Great staff. Since it’s located next to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, we thought we would be safe away from fireworks.

They allowed someone to set off fireworks in the parking lot. We specifically asked about fireworks as we were trying to get away from them.
