The breakfast was very good with nice selections. Want to give a special thank you to Ms. Fortune who went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Ex: potatoes had meat in them which we couldn't eat so she had plain potatoes cooked for us. Your staff, front desk, cleaners and kitchen help were kind, friendly and accommodating.

The water in tub while showering hardly drained out. Slightly clogged. Parking charge.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were fantastic with the separate areas, very clean and maintained. We had a small issue with water flow in the bathroom sink and once it was reported it was fixed. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast variety was fantastic.

The Artwork inside, The Set Up, Very Nice Stay for couples. Close to everything, no trouble at all finding it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOOSING THIS

Only thing, i wish it had a designated parking spot for the property. Hated parking where i couldn’t see my vehicle just in case of burglaries or something.

Clean room and it smelled very nice. Bed was incredibly comfortable. The space was set up nicely, kitchen supplies available even if we didn't need nor use it and location is great...close to Icon Park and I-Drive restaurants and entertainment.

Beautiful with many things to do around. Shops, dining, parks. It was just great. Also the staff were awesome. Everyone of them.

The pool was great. The beds were very comfortable.

I didn’t really care much for the parking. I wish that both elevators was working. My parents have a hard time walking long distance and the elevators was at the end of the hall and our room was on the other end. But the one that was not working would have been closer.

Good location, 15 minutes to universal studios and the same to disney, medium sized pool, good breakfast.

Check in was fast. Breakfast had really good choices and was very filling. It is close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Great for a stay if you are going to the convention center. The staff was very helpful.

Parking was chaotic.
