It was close to both the airport and the cruise port , and complimentary shuttle service from the airport was provided. The breakfast provided was decent.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was trash under the bed and hair in the bathroom. The hotel also has a no cash policy that wasn’t disclosed on the website.

The pool was a hit with the two kids in our group. There was a good ($$) restaurant just a block away.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a disappointment. It never showed up after an hour's wait. We had to take two cabs (6 ppl + 12 bags for a two-week cruise) because the shuttle driver "forgot" (??) to continue making pickups. The hotel reimbursed us the $36 of taxi costs. The shuttle service offered from the hotel to the cruise port was pricey ($15 pp), so we got two Ubers for half the cost.

I ran a disinfectant wipe around the room on high touch areas and the wipe came up with very little dirt. Impressive! The shower was the highlight of our stay. Great water pressure and the shower was huge with good shampoo and conditioner to use. The pool left a lot to be desired. It could use some work. My kids didn't even like it and only swam about 15 mins. The location was great. Next to the airport. And the front desk receptionist was very nice and recommended the restaurant next door that had excellent wings. The breakfast is good. A lot to choose from. My kids loved the waffle makers. There was also eggs and sausage along with pastries and cereal. The breakfast eating area is very nice! Parking was easy too. We arrived late and had no problem finding a spot right next to the front door. The downside- the noise from the road at night woke me up several times as did the slamming doors. Why do hotels have to make their doors slam like they do? Pretty annoying to be woke up more than a dozen times throughout the night. I was pretty excited because the beds are so comfy. Soft like laying in a cloud! Next time I'll have to bring ear plugs.

I love the location (very close to the airport). The shuttle service provided is also excellent. Front Desk staff were accommodating, Room Service staff that came to provide turn down service was “kid-friendly”, professional, and nice. Breakfast provided was just about good.

I didn’t like the fact that there were no “Bellman” service provided so I had to struggle with my toddler and the suitcases. There were some WiFi connectivity issues that were eventually sorted out.

It’s only a five minutes drive from the rental center at FLL. Pretty easy to find the way too. It’s was a big sized room, with a sofa in the sitting area. The bathroom was nice with a big shower. There was a good average American breakfast, which was included in our price. And they’ve got a shuttle service running to both the airport and cruise port.

The shuttle bus came very quickly after calling to request it. We booked unexpectedly after missing a connecting flight at the airport and having to stay the night. The staff was so nice and responsive from the person behind the desk to the driver of the shuttle bus. We really appreciated the value for money. We were not anticipating that the hotel room would be as nice as it was for the price we paid but we were pleasantly surprised. Staying at Comfort Suites made a difficult situation easier.

Couldn't open any windows.

That they gave you your room as soon as it was ready. Came off a cruise and was at the hotel by 9:30 am thinking they would store our bags which they did but put us on a first come first serve list and had our room available buy 10:30 am. The beds were amazing!!

There really was not a lot to do close by it would simply be a hotel stay overnight thing. The front desk lady was not very nice when we first got there and many people were complaining about her. She seemed to warm up as the day went on but not a really warm reception upon arrival it was more like we were inconveniencing her her attitude really made people uncomfortable.

After our arrival at FLL, we called the hotel to get info about how taking their shuttle. Laura was precise giving the directions to sector F. She was also very kind giving tips of restaurants around the hotel. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean.

There is no mineral water bottles in the room (it may be cultural, but is expected). The breakfast is very simple (may be too much). The payment was a little confused through Booking.com since a used a temp CC.

Perfect location close to the airport but still quiet. Very comfy beds! Clean room with nice amenities. Hot shower that was actually tall enough for me! Very friendly staff.

Group of three creepy guys that decided to take over the pool area and drink while my daughter was swimming. There was a staff member fixing the door leading from the pool to inside that didn’t intervene. We ended up leaving the pool.
