It was beautiful - having a room next to the water was amazing! From the moment we arrived we were already happy with the booking. Tanner was exceptional at answering my questions over the phone prior to arriving at Bay Palms and he was even more amazing during check in! I had booked a room for my boyfriend’s birthday and Tanner upgraded our room and made us feel welcome! It was amazing to learn that Bay Palms was allowing residence of St.Pete to stay at there hotel as long term guests due to the past hurricane that hit the coast - with other hotels stopping that; Bay Palms continued to provide shelter for the residence of St.Pete. The paintings in our room were beautiful and although we are not directly on the beach - it is only a 5 minute walk to the ocean! The room, the little balcon belongs to our place and the amazing view

- it was a little bit strange that we need to go to another hotel for check-in/check-out - the Spanish neighbors were horrible, they did not care about the others who wants to relax/enjoy the day - they were screaming and occupied the whole place where you can stay outside of your room. I can tolerate everything and know their habit/culture, but would have been nice if they could care of others wellbeing too. - also it would be nice if there will be another note for the other guests that the room where we stayed is not the reception ->lot of guest were coming and wanted to check-out, knocking on our door several times etc. - it was not comfortable too that opposite of our room a boat docked and did the cleaning and everything 1 meter far from our door

This place is the ultimate place to relax with beautiful scenery. Incredible rooms with all amenities. I highly recommend this place to everyone. And walking distance of stores and restaurants.....and awesome staff thank you Tyrrell for being inviting and friendly. After being displaced from hurricane Ian me and my family was welcomed we will be back and we will recommend and they are pet friendly.

The location of the room was amazing. If you can, get room 810 as it is right on the marina! The views from the room and the porch were lovely. We just wish the weather was a bit warmer so we could have sat out more, and we were staying more than one night (but obviously neither were the hotels fault!) The room was very clean- and the decor was new and modern. Although we didnt use it, the small kitchenette was a nice touch too. Also because there are three hotels in the group, you get a wristband and so can use the aminites in any of the three hotels.

The fact that the lobby for this hotel is across the street in another hotel was a bit of a pain. Especially when you are driving and have to keep turning across the traffic to get in and out. Also it would have been nicer if the room had side lights beside the bed, especially if one of you wanted to read whilst the other went to sleep.

Beautiful and Peaceful surroundings just across the street from the hectic busier resorts.

Both Alex and Alexis were very nice at the front, and they gave us every information we needed, and made us feel at home. Secondly the location was incredible, and it was definitely good value for its performance, cleanliness, amenities, social options, etc. I would definitely come back to this place again when I visit St. Pete's. Thank you guys for an awesome night.

the fact that there were people paying less for their room that i paid for my pet alone.also booking.com did not say that there was a pet fee of $45 per night
