We have stayed here several times before. We like the large rooms and the location. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is good, and the staff especially at the breakfast were friendly and responsive.

The breakfast options are pricey for the quality--more a la carte options for light eaters would be appreciated. As in a previous visit, the heating system was so noisy that we simply turned it off. Other than that it was nice and quiet.

Did not eat breakfast there, only used the bar and snacks. It was good. Location was good, Very clean and secure place.

Taxes are high! We did not realize so many taxes were added to the cost of the stay. They did not serve dinner on the Saturday night we were there, and we wanted to eat there. So, they told us of another place to go just close by, and that worked for us. Not sure if the kitchen was open on Sunday for breakfast. We left early.

Booking.com said we were in a family room which is what I booked but it wasn’t it was just two queen beds but the hotel was great and gave us a suit with a king size room with a bed and a huge living room that was separate and it had two bathrooms. All at no extra charge. They brought us up two single Rolling beds with regular mattresses on them they were reasonably comfortable but we’re way better than the pull out couch and we still slept ok. But I feel that Booking.com mislead us with saying it was a family room so you might want to reword that. Also using a pull out couch as a bed is totally not the least bit comfortable those things give everyone an extremely sore back, so we were very pleased with the hotel for bring us two real beds. Over all fantastic hotel and staff and great area.

Having to pay for parking and the parking spaces were tight and limited parking. One night there was no parking left but the gad an agreement with the place across the street so we got to park there but it was very very close to the hotel and they comped us one night so that was good .

Rooms were quiet and very comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the pool and location was perfect for food, shopping and getting out in the city. Staff were very courteous and welcoming.

The breakfast buffet and food were just ok. It may have been because we were later 930 but was not anything to rave about. The staff though were very kind.

The reception ladies were superb. They go well beyond the expectation. Your hotel is lucky to have such professional and friendly staff. Especially the Shrestha ladies... both of them provided great service.

We arrived around 8pm with 2 little kids. The dinner was closed. The bar was closed. We had to walk at night in the downtown to find food for kids. If we had known this in advance, we would come prepared.

I had to contact booking.com for a paid receipt. You would not supply one directly to me I came in late for emergency accomodations. I was not offered a senior discount but made to feel as if I was lucky to get a room at any price.

The room was very nice, far better than recent more expensive competitors. Location is great, close (walkable) to very active district, but just enough removed to be very quiet and relaxing.

Room doors do not seal out light or noise, at all. Parking on site filled up while out and could not park in the garage when we got back. Overall, very minor annoyances.

Cleanliness and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable to be in.

Paying extra for parking in the hotel garage. Should be included in the price or free. But it's located right in the middle of the city so I understand their reasoning for charging.

As someone who is allergic to parabens I appreciate the choice of products in the bathroom and that they are clearly labeled as paraben-free. The bathroom is gorgeous with great lighting.

Check-in took a little longer than I hoped. It seemed like one staff member was training or having an issue so I had to wait, and then the room that was assigned to me wasn't ready so they had to reassign a different room.

I loved the room and the view! The room was very clean and they even communicated through text with me to make sure everything went well! TikTok EmpressOnyx I have a whole tour of the room!!
