We had a beautiful corner room with views of the Marina and ocean. It was quiet and peaceful. I appreciated the robes in the closet!

I was disappointed that the bed was so soft that I got a backache from it. Also, I would have liked some hooks in the shower area and also in the sink area of the bathroom. There was no place to put anything. Otherwise, we loved it.

Great location to watch seals on the water. Beautiful area/marina is great view as well. Biking to all restaurants is easy.

Some homelessness people in the area around the pier and on the road to the hotel but the hotel can't control that. City officials need to be more responsive to business/travelers concerns in the area. Felt safe during the day but not as much when walking after dark.

Love the location ocean side. Beautiful lobby and lounge. The sea lions made it feel very exotic. The rooms are cozy and has a small gym and pool. The restaurant Baleen is great. We will definitely stay there again. The staff was amazing.

I’m from Torrance and this is night for me and girl. Every weekend we came here and totally relaxed and had full covered rest All the staffs are super friendly and most of all their bed is super comfy!! Get you sleeping mode right away… also the ocean view is exquisite for the morning vibe

One thing we don’t like is the slippers. They don’t have those. Other than that all exuberant!!

Gorgeous marina and ocean views, outstanding restaurant, close to Redondo pier and wharf, staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and pretty, seals barking and playing

My car was covered in bird poop

All the staff at the hotel and restaurant were very professional , informative and so kind . We enjoyed the quick walk to the pier and the harbor. many restaurants to choose from and lots of activities .

Great location, easy access to the Harbour and a short walk to the beach. Comfortable restaurant overlooking the harbour. Lunch wash good. Great to have optional valet parking or self parking. Overall I have enjoyed my stay in-spite of the unusually cold wet weather..

The view from the lobby is very nice. It’s in a beautiful location. We loved that our room had a balcony. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Even the bathroom was spacious.

The walls definitely need sound proofing. We could hear everything going on around and above us. The in room coffee could have been better, and it would have been nice to have enough for both days. Housekeeping does not come during your stay. Just after checkout. I did not appreciate that. Part of the reason I enjoy staying in hotels, is because of the housekeeping. I consider it a luxury that is paid for with the room rental.

Had a leak issue with the sink water poured out has to be located to another room ,,, other than that it was nice place to at ,,,staff was friendly and helpful and hotel was super clean

Newly refurbished rooms on 3rd floor, ocean side are great. We were slip tenants on B Dock for 8 years, and have stayed at the Hotel many times. The new room updates are a major plus, and we look forward to staying there again. We also like the late afternoon music in the lounge.
