The room was spacious and remodeled. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was spotless clean!! The location was also very good, being that you could walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame in about 20 minutes.

The lobby needs to be remodeled. The rooms are so nice, and you can't judge the hotel by the appearance of the lobby. The cleaning staff was also extremely attentive and professional.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, rooms were as spacious and chic as in the pictures, location was convenient with many restaurants nearby and supermarket within walking distance, convenient to take public transport from the hotel, hotel was quiet at night and felt safe, ventilation in the room was strong, great water pressure in the shower and very spacious room overall, breakfast and free juice offered in the lobby, overall very clean despite a few minor things requiring cleaning (see below)

Front desk needs further renovations because it was purely a desk in a room (it does not look professional), minor stains on the corner of my bedsheets upon checking in, headboard paint was peeling, water pressure in toilet was very weak and required multiple flushes in certain instances, fridge hums loudly overnight, toilet paper holder was broken, there were no other facilities available onsite e.g. gym

Everything! what you see online is exactly what you get. Front Desk area is clean and they are polite. Free breakfast is not the best but it is a great snack. Room size was perfect! Super clean room. Eco friendly amenities. Bathroom great size. Fridge and Microwave in the room. Parking is cheap but secure! Quiet hotel. Located next door to a grocery store and Netflix. I would give this hotel 10 out of 10.

Not really much to say here. I loved everything. If anything I would say the homeless or transient people outside was annoying but that is not something the hotel can control.

The breakfast was welcomed. It was so great to have a coffee machine in my room, which was clean and big, everything I needed. The hotel was close to Paramount Pictures Studios (one of my travelling destinations), and I could go to the Walk of Fame on foot.

On Booking.com, one of the key factors of this place was it had its own parking. But only later I found out, that the parking costs extra money - even tough I was told the parking outside the street is free, but as I didn't know how to trust the neighborhood leaving my rented car outside, I paid the $15 dollars per night for the parking. As I said on the positive side, I could walk from the hotel to the Walk of Fame and the Chinese Theater area, but it is a 30-40 minute walk.

In the room it was really clean. I liked it. And simple breakfast was good^^. All staffs were in the morning they were nice.

1. I didn’t like the staff who worked on Dec 8 evening. She was so bad tempered, moody and not polite. At front desk, I felt not comfortable when I came in first. I wished if I would not booked at this place. 2. There was no elevator I was going with my twin infants. I asked elevator but that moody staff she said:”we do not have it!” in moody 😱. The stairs were not standard and safe. Stairs were too close to each stairs. 4. At night someone snored too loudly and much 🤭 5. The heater was not working, it was cold inside. 🥶 6. The picture of this hotel’s infont is not real now. It is a different photo.

The rooms, bathroom and premises were clean and safe. Location was great. Subway ,few restaurants just across the road and a big Mart(pavillion) was just next to the building. In the evening two mexican food stalls were stationed just next to the hotel and both served excellent food. The rooms were quiet. The staff was great.

Coffee machine was out of order for 2 out of 3 days and orange juice machine out of order on last day. There was a weird chlorine smell in the room.

Location was good. Breakfast ok and room was clean.

It does not look like the picture of the pink building. Hidden hotel signs - not visible from the street. You have to look for it. Parking was $15... not free as mentioned. Free parking was on the street. Parking space was very tiny. The breakfast station was too tiny. Coffee cups should be by coffee. I had to wait for the lady who was fixing her 2 bagels to finish when all I needed was just a coffee.

Rooms are updated and clean! The AC worked great. Location is great if you’re visiting Universal Studios. Gated parking. They have a nice breakfast selection with fresh food. The outside of the hotel is basic but the rooms are much nicer than you’d expect.

My first impression was a bit sketchy because the lobby looks run down and needs some updating or a refresh. Upon arriving, I had to wait quite a bit for the receptionist to arrive. When she finally arrived she checked us in quickly though.

Was in a great location. We were able to get public transport everywhere and save money on taxis and ubers. There is a grocery store 2 mins away. The room was warm and modern. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We were able to drop our bags off before check in and leave them after we checked out. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Not a bad word to say

They've updated the exterior color appearance to a more modern tone and away from the 70s colors. The room was fabulous and updated with a great working ac/heater. There's a big supermarket called Pavilion next to the place to do your shopping as well as a lot of eatery surrounding it. The front desk service is excellent as well. Nice little grab and go breakfast. Bagels and Danish pastry.

Only flaw was due to the winter you have to run the water a good 5-10 mins before hot water comes out.
