Customer service was straight forward and no interruptions unless you specify a need. The staff cleaned and replaced your necessities like towels and toiletries when you're not present. My things were kept the way they were laid out.

Parking is a challenge. You will need to take time to look for spaces around the neighborhood. No AC so it gets hot in the room but they provided a fan which was sufficient and strong enough to keep you cool. Not the cleanest hotel I have been to but it was clean enough to get you by. Don't expect luxury but for the price it's a good deal.

its an oasis in a edgy area. i felt safe after a long delayed flight. staff were courteous and friendly - even after hours. cheap
