The staff was great, and the place was lovely and clean. My favorite feature is the courtyard. Mature trees and a winding walkway with various seating options. I enjoyed it most after dark. This hotel even had a dog relief area, and it was great for my service dog. Breakfast was great, though a bit crowded. The pool water was very cold and it could have had better maintenance, but it was windy and the leaves probably couldn't be helped. It was better the next day, and a bit warmer too.

I enjoyed this place better than most hotels, but there were two things I didn't like. Our room had a squeaky bathroom door and a very squeaky cabinet door. But everything else was great. I brought up concerns about a couple of things during our stay. And saw them get to it immediately. I was impressed

I had a great stay at this hotel. The king bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. The breakfast was good, with enough variety to start the day right. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was also impressive. They accepted my dog with no problem too. Overall, it’s a solid choice, and I’d consider staying here again.

They were the only hotel we have stayed in that had a bench and handheld shower in their handicap room. Which was very helpful. However, It would be great if the handicap rooms had walk in showers for people with hip and knee difficulties.As well as wheelchairs.

La Quinta was a last minute option, after the Hyatt house canceled my stay at the last possible minute, even though I had my reservation for over 6 weeks, and had fully paid...all in the name of over booking. I don't know if it was the fault of hyatt house or booking.com, but that kind of thing is inexcusable customer service, and I will never use them again. As for the people at LA quinta, they were gracious and I was delighted to find a very pleasant last minute alternative.

There should be some kind of offset reward for overbooking people. It is very stressful to come to a large city on a family outing, right after a holiday ( July 4) in a tourist driven state ( colorado)...only to find that your best effort to have everything in place, just imploded. There would be a significant penalty (over $200) if I canceled beyond my deadline. The agencies should have a commensurate penalty for doing that to customers beyond that same deadline. It held up a chunk of money as I wait for my refund, and cost an extra chunk of money to rent another spot--which was an unexpected expense that I had not budgeted for on a vacation adventure. Anyhow, I will absolutely recommend LA Quinta in the future, to my many traveling friends and family. They were my rescuers!

The breakfast was very good, I liked the what they had it was better than most hotels. The person watching over the breakfast stayed on top of everything. The location was perfect right off I 25.

There was a lot of maintenance that needed attended to. A list was given to the front desk. When remodeling walk-in showers shout be included in some rooms and wheelchair showers should be in the handicap rooms.

The staff was very friendly and the facility was nice and clean

The tv remote barely worked which was no big deal . And when someone in the room next us would run their shower it was a very loud thumping noise in our bathroom which that too was not that big a deal but it did make it hard to sleep when people like to take their showers at 5 am

Beautiful hotel. Lovely outdoor pool area. Pool was cold, but clean. Great breakfast area, the guy that maintains breakfast worked really hard and did an excellent job! Great location. This was our third time staying here.

The staff was pleasant and efficient, the room was clean. It was close to the facility where I attend a play.

I went down for Breakfast at 8:30 and there was very little selection. No hot foods. I may have missed the time cut off but I didn't see the times posted anywhere. and didn't think to ask the night before. The pillows were hard!

The breakfast was awesome! We loved the option of being able to make mini waffles instead of a giant waffle, the boiled eggs and sausage were delicious as well!

Everything was good for us.
