Breakfast was better than expected. I liked that there was a hot option every morning. the breakfast area we very clean and well maintained. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was kept very clean.

The bath plug didn't work and the staff were unable to fix it. This was the only issue. They did offer compensation for this. One of the main reasons we choose this hotel was beause it had a swimming pool but it was not avaialble during our stay which was disappointing

Familiarity (have been before many times prior to my last visit in 2015) loved the coffee, staff were nice

Not a criticism but Times of breakfast wasn't explained nor was the pool opening times, more leaflets with information on the immediate areas plus maps, maybe better snacks could be available not just in the vending machine, also maybe washing & drying facility's should have been thought of when the hotel was refurbished, room was not cleaned every day (but when I spoke to HK they gave me fresh towels & coffee pods)

I had a handicap room it was very spacious bed super comfortable place really quiet

Room was at the end of the hall I have a bad leg and very tiring to walk to elevator Bathroom not really handicap accessible as far as shower I still had to climb over tub to get in Shower handle keep falling off The gave me 10,000 points in their rewards club but thought should had been discount somewhat. Otherwise this is a excellent hotel

The people were wonderful. Lobby was inviting opening into a large breakfast area with hot coffee/decaf, teas & cocoa available 24/7. Room was excellent, big, updated, and beautiful with very clean bath area stocked with brand name soaps, shampoo etc. in dispensers. The beds and pillows were super comfy.

Shower/tub water was not hot (i.e. luke warm) perhaps because outside temp was 3°F. Water was slow. Tub stopper leaked. No hot bath/shower that I was looking forward to.

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located to the highway

We had an issue with the TV remote we told the front desk in the morning the remote is not working. We can’t turn the TV on and off and they said they would take care of it. We came back not only didn’t they take care of that they didn’t clean the room The next morning we said you know you never fixed our remote or cleaned the room and I am assuming he was the manager said that we’re gonna give you a credit you’ll receive an email. We received nothing and I think that’s bad customer service.

Comfortable bed, clean linens. The breakfast included omelets that were fresh and tasted wonderful. Front desk kindly switched me to a king bed when I told them I didn't need 2 queens as my traveling companion backed out. The room was huge.

I asked a maid 2 doors away from my room to please refill the soap dispenser. Though my room was serviced, the soap dispenser remained empty. The carpets were very badly stained and unsightly. One of the side doors was propped open with a stone. Not sure if a guest or the hotel did this, but it made me feel unsafe. I also felt the price was too high.

Had nice amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in shower. We used a printer free of charge in the small business center. Hotel was clean, had a Keurig coffee machine and pods plus fridge and microwave in the room. Not far from the highway with restaurants nearby. Great value for what we paid.

I loved how me and my husband had the whole pool to our selfs . Breakfast was so yummy I loved that they had different type of milks

The gym was okay they didn’t have any hand weights or any type of sanitize to sanitize the equipment after done using .

The entire stay was lovely. Great parking. Alot of time for breakfast. Staff was polite.

please fix the pool. It was one if the reason why I booked, I was disappointed to find it was out of service. I also spent 2 nights and got no room service. Ran out of tissue and had to go to the front desk twice.

Michelle at the front desk was fabulous! She was kind to every customer in line and over the phone. I witnessed 3 guests standing in line while a customer was with her over the phone. I understood that the customer needed a cancellation refund but they made the reservation through a 3rd party. Michelle has been very polite to the person she spoke to over the phone who at the end turned out calling the wrong hotel. I remember at the end of the call, she asked the person on the phone to call her back if they need her! I have never seen such an exceptional customer service. After the call ended, Michelle served 3 guests in line very efficiently: 1/ She apologized for the wait 2/ She was multi task skilled employee 3/ she had the papers and cards ready for us all we needed is initials and signing. she was fantabulous!
