Located right off freeway and close to TA gas/convenient store. List of local restaurants was helpful as well. Staff at front desk was wonderful. The size of room was larger than expected and had a perfect mini fridge freezer.

Putting a single female in the first floor and near an exit is not ideal/safe. It's not like the hotel was packed or anything. Constantly hit on by a group of contractors staying there for the nightl was uncomfortable when exiting/entering on far end of building.

The staff was well informative and very welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable. The price was perfect and the location was convenient. The pool is already open and appeared to be clean. There was also breakfast that was catered in (I slept in and missed it.)

The only things I didn't care for was the thin toilet paper and that the heat was on when we arrived. However, I understand prices and Missouri weather.

Breakfast was adequate. Many choices. I just prefer yogurt in the morning and there wasn't any of that. However there was many other things to choose from.

No light bulb in the lamp behind the chair in which I could read my book.

I was able to get a bedroom on the bottom floor close to an outside door . staff was friendly. Breakfast bar was awesome. It was clean and then employees. The housekeepers were nice and friendly and it was peaceful.

There really wasn't anything that I disliked.

The host, I think her name was Ashley, was great. I accidentally booked the room in Mt Vernon, Mo and it was actually Mt Vernon, IL that I should have booked. She helped me rectify the mistake.

Breakfast ran out of yogurt. One bed pillow was quite lumpy

The beds were very comfortable and the shower has wonderful water pressure. The staff was so friendly and and helpful.

Smoking on same level and pets on same level front attendant talked away as we had traveled 14 hours abd just wanted our room our kids said it smelt like smoke I reported it and she said sorry that's how this place run smoking room across from non smoking if it runs that way then that's not caring for your costumers never ever will we or our family stay there

Friendly staff.

The pool is always unavailable when we come. We stay here 2x a year and pool never works.

Easy to get to and far enough off the road so that you don't hear the Interstate traffic. I enjoyed everything. They have a good breakfast area, too.
