The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. We ate breakfast both mornings during our stay. We enjoyed the biscuits and gravy along with the sausage and eggs. Waffles were also available along with fruit, cereal, muffins etc. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.

We prefer the sink and vanity to be outside the bathroom, also the bathroom exhaust fan could have been a little stronger but not a deal breaker.

The TV was nice size, the location was really good, the breakfast area was very nice, overall it was a really nice hotel

We got there about 11:30 or midnight at night, and we had six rooms, and the fell at the front desk was really nice, but he had to do each room individually, so he had to type it in and do a bunch of stuff apparently and print out each room individually, I think we was at the front desk like an hour, not sure why it takes that long, that's really the only thing complaint I have

Everything was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The staff were very helpful. It was quiet and the hotel honored our request to be on the top floor.

It was an ok breakfast but I was expecting better variety. The breakfast worker was very responsive.

We stay in Jefferson City on football game weekends mainly due to Columbia prices. This hotel meets our expectations for a modest price

Only one person at checkin she was tied up on phone when I tried to check in. Then keys didn’t work so I had to return from third floor to get keys reprogrammed

When we arrived at 11pm, our reservation was not there even though we had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com. It took 30 minutes to get the problem resolved. The staff said Booking.com had not made the reservation with them. I had to call Booking.com and then hand my phone to the night clerk at the desk so they could get it all straightened out. We finally were able to get checked in. It was very frustrating after a long day if driving.

The breakfast was AWESOME! The room was clean. Staff very friendly

Had to change rooms due to faulty toilet. Had to unplug bathroom sink with a empty Mountain Dew bottle. By the way that was in second room. Stuff happens.

I tried to print boarding passes in the business center, but the printer wouldn't work. A staff member tried to rectify the problem but without success. I finally gave the desk clerk the information and she printed it from the front desk computer. So, a task that should have taken ten minutes took over an hour.

Beds are very comfortable. Got really good nights sleep.

For a hotel that is sort of pricey, they need better quality toilet paper. Other than that, I have no problems.

Came on a girls trip and was highly satisfied. We really enjoyed the breakfast options, the facility was well kept and clean, and the beds were super comfortable!

I loved the fact that I actually got the room I ordered. Breakfast said included and it was. They were amazing checking us in and making us feel very comfortable. Gave us all we would need and more.

Just that the hot tub was down both days we were there.
