Customer service was very pleasant parking lot clean nice lights. The room was easy to find. It just was soft and clean quiet designated, smoking area dog park

The pressure for the shower was real low. The water came out and sprinkles the dumpster outside my door for trash No handicap sidewalk and the sidewalk was very high stepping up stepping down

This was conveniently located for our visit to Winterthur, and though under extensive renovation, the property was well organized, and the staff incredibly friendly. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all necessary basic amenities and breakfast was included.

I would appreciate less single use/disposable plastic at breakfast (silverware, single serve creamers for coffee)

The room was obviously newly renovated and was clean and comfortable. The microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker were great. The lighting was wonderful with desk, bedside and overhead lights as you need them. Quality toiletries were available if needed. The breakfast offerings were good and plentiful. The staff was pleasant and welcoming.

The rooms were surprisingly comfortable! Spacious, modern, comfortable beds. Very nice staff! Even though we were about half an hour late for breakfast they put us together two bags of food: juice, fruits and a cupcake!

Some of the guests seem to be a little shady; however, I got the feeling they were accommodated in a different wing of the motel.

Good location. We didn't have to go too far off our route. Breakfast was nice. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean.

Key cards didnt work for either room we had. Little noisy.

Great value for the money. The room was clean. The breakfast area was clean and adequate. The staff was friendly. We were only there overnight for a destination wedding.

It was so clean and quiet and very relaxing will be coming back soon

The only thing I didn't like was the fact I payed a deposit 50 dollars and had trouble getting my deposit back at check out

- Advertised “breakfast” was a box of Frosted Mini Wheats & a carton of milk. That is all.

We didn’t get a chance to get breakfast but when we called down to the desk they still gave us grab and go bags since we missed regular breakfast which was great

I was a nice small comfortable room and the location was awesome. I had every store I needed next to me.
