It felt luxurious and clean. We even got a free $20 dining credit for breakfast. The casino was great and staff constantly checked to keep it clean.

My sister and I were night owls and the only restaurant that stayed open till 2 am served shellfish. As someone with a severe shellfish allergy I didn't feel comfortable eating there. So we had to pay for Uber eats which was expensive because of the location. That and the toilet paper is extremely thin which is something I wouldn't have expected from a resort like this.

We enjoyed our time but being that it was New Year’s Eve we thought there was gonna be some sort of entertainment like they had the years past, but they didn’t. They informed us. They just had a jukebox.

No New Year’s Eve entertainment , an employee said that they were not making enough money so they weren’t going to do anything which was very sad so we decided not to rent there Next Year my family‘s actually been going there for the past 10 years for New Years very disappointed

Everything was excellent, the Iguana Cafe was exceptional with their steak special that Saturday night. Kuddos to you all.

My husband and I got the wrong room but our account was credited. Also, I asked for a player's card down at the Casino and I was not given one. The young lady told me I could play without a Card. I was really hoping for the card so I could get points for playing that night. I ended up spending $400 at a single machine but I have no proof of that. Those were my only 2 complaints

The grounds are very spacious and architecturally beautiful. Furnishings and artwork throughout from locals.

The AC in our rom worked, but despite several adjustments, we never got the room as cold as we like. Also the pictures on the adverts are staged for photography and don’t reflect the actual situation. My husband commented about the discrepancy of the outdoor pool. I noticed that the indoor pool area was plain and did not match the lush greenery surrounding the pool, looking like an indoor greenhouse. Also the outdoor pool area is very dark. I used my cell phone flashlight to walk around, particularly the stair area where there is no lighting is a safety concern.

Everything wen fine except wrong charge on second night 4/19/2025.

Room charge on 4/18/2025 was $130.18 plus tax for total of $148.80. Room charge for 4/19/2025 should have been same amount as 4/18/2025 of $130.18 according to Buffalo Thunder Front Desk. I was charged $211.68 plus tax of $30.27 for total of $241.95 for same room. Front desk said it would be same rate if I stayed in same rate for both nights! The room was nice and clean, with very nice w/ Southwestern decor and a gas kiva. Bed was comfortable, and the large screen tv was nice. It had a balcony but it overlooked the nearby industrial looking rooftops, so no bueno

The walk just from the check-in desk to the hotel elevators is so far that they had to put rest stop benches in the middle. Add the walk to your room when you get to your floor, then back past the front desk to the elevators that go to the casino, and it feels like at least a mile walk. This hotel is for the young and fit, not older folks with ailments. Didn't see any scooters so don't know if allowed.There were no bell hops, so carrying luggage that far was brutal. We spent a lot less time gambling because the long walk kept us from going back and forth from room to casino.

The pool and hot tub options were great! Beautiful location. It felt comfortable. Our room was huge!

I wish there was a better range of food options. We ended up going into Santa Fe more than I wanted. The restaurants seemed pricey for limited selections. I wish they had a buffet! I saw what looks like a setup for one but maybe they don’t do it anymore. I also wish they had a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

The hotel and decorations were beautiful and very clean and peaceful

Bell hops at front entrance were very welcoming and friendly. Front desk and staff at restaurants were not friendly and professional except for George ( waiter ) at Red Sage he was very good. Patio area was not very clean with spider webs and the occupants from above were throwing the cigarette butts to our patio 😠

The property was clean and spacious. Staff was polite and attentive. Great outdoor space and lots of amenities. Lots of parking which was nice since I was driving a 16 foot truck.

The location was a bit off the ways. Price was also a bit high for the amount of time we spent at the resort. No breakfast was offered and food options were pricey.

The room was very clean, everyday they took care of it. The casino is always a fun place. The restaurant Iguana Cafe has good breakfast.

It looks that in the restaurant Iguana had problems with the staff, they were short of people and we have to wait more than 20 minutes to be seated. I did not like that they served breakfast until 11:00 am
