Hesitated in chosing this hotel but pleasantly surprised. The hotel room was very large and clean. The bed was confortable. It was not new hotel but it was fairly well kept. Enjoyed the pool and the service at the bar. Safe premises. I could see that families with young children were also enjoying their stay. Parking was $10 for the entire stay and we could come and go so that was a bonus. Good value for your money.

Location-on the boardwalk! Security-need key card to go up to rooms in the elevator. Staff-super nice & knowledgeable. Restaurants-9 Restaurants on site from Dunkin to fine cuisine.

Smoking is allowed in some areas of the casino & and therefore, much of it & some outer hallways, especially to the elevators for the Rendezvous Tower guest rooms, are very smoky!

The smoking, it smells like an ash tray and it says there is smoking sections in the casino but people were smoking cigarettes anywhere they wanted too

My check-in was fast, room was clean, my bed was very comfortable, however I did not like the room I was given at all. I requested a room with a beach/boardwalk view, my room was at the back of the building, near the smoke stacks on the roof and that was my view. AND I was near or on top of the parking garage. All I heard was the cars coming and going through the garage at all times and starting around 7:00am. I have not stayed at Resorts since last year so I thought they at least would have wanted my business back and would give me better accommodations for this stay. Not the case. Other than the location of the room, I did enjoy my stay.

overall many of the areas could use a lift, an update and a bit modernization the window of our room (ocean tower) had a disappointing view. not a not nice view but a very ugly view facing the roof of what it seems to be connecting our building to the next one. if i saw pictures and I knew we would have booked a different hotel all together. we booked this primarily because of location (on the boardwalk) and it was not cheap. for $340 for one night only I did not expected this. Went there to celebrate my birthday. We asked for an upgrade and they asked for $60. Because of this experience with the room, I would never choose to go back if I have a choice. I prefer to know what I m getting for my money s worth and this was not the case.

We were given a room that had a very unpleasant odor when we arrived so we went down to the lobby and spoke with the ladies at the desk, They were very apologetic and offered us a different room immediately and called for a supervisor to check out the other room. We had already put our luggage in that room so we had to go back for it. We met the supervisor at the room and he confirmed that it was not acceptable and was getting it handled immediately. The second room was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and would return for a longer visit in the future for sure.

Odor in first room was offensive

From Valet to front desk and all the way to the late night casino cocktail waitresses, all of the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was 20 some degrees outside and the wind was whipping so I really enjoyed the restaurants, coffee shops and little stores that were inside the Resorts. The enclosed walkways to the other casinos were the best part for me. We were able to walk over to the Hard Rock for the three night concert we were attending without even bringing a coat. We had a blast. Thank you

It was in a great location. The bed was comfortable . The front desk staff were a bit rude when asking questions about the resort. They would refer you somewhere else. The food in the hotel was decently priced and the chicken wings were great! More security is needed as the street people on drugs kept getting in the casino and screaming and throwing things from the garbage can. The comedy show was good. The pier is great and exciting .
