The hotel was clean and near lots of food options

The staff was mostly kind but there was an older man who basically told my family they had to leave. No shampoo and conditioner in our first night so we went to buy it but then it was provided after it was cleaned. Our room door didn't close the first day but it was fixed by nighttime

It was the cutest ever!! We stayed at La Casona before and La Posada is WAY better..more modern, clean, great water pressure and plenty hot water..the Terrace is AMAZING that over sees the plaza. My group all loved it. It's only 10 rooms at the location but well taken care of. Best part was right around the corner from plaza, food etc..this will be my go to every time for sure.

Only minus and VERY Small minus is no TV in rooms which was fine as we never stayed in room long.

Facilities are clean and comfortable

Lack of toilet paper, I had to request additional 2 times. Also there is no TV. There's not much privacy as you can hear everything between the bathroom and the room due to the poor door design.

The property was beautiful and the service was excellent.

The restroom has no privacy. There’s just a wood door.

the open bathroom in general is not my cup of tea anywhere

The hotel is spacious and staff is very attentive. Terrace view is best
