Nice location, in the middle of the jungle, with a lot of wild animals.

A bit crowdy

The pools and beach decorations. Especially all the entire gardening across the entire property! It’s so beautiful and with nature creatures roaming freely! I loved it. Food was also great! Can’t complain.

How extremely far the stay buildings (Example #5 building) were to the dinner locations. And to top it off, the golf carts would not pass as often and when they finally did, they were full. I also didn’t like that there was a roach in my room. The mattresses need upgrade asap because after that week stay, my back wasn’t too happy. The buildings are a bit outdated and do need a tad bit of upgrade inside and out but I guess that’s not in their to-do list.

The staff was a bit mixed. The nice ones were off the charts friendly and amazing. But the other ones were nothing.

Our room was never cleaned. Shuttles was too far apart. Very loud! Signs poorly placed. Dimly lit.

Food and drinks were great. Room was a bit musty but we brought incense sticks and that took care of it. Loved the pool entertainment team.

Beach not great, more of a pool hotel. Please get more chairs as there are not enough for this many guests.

We falling love with Tereza she is the waiters she is amazing she always smile super friendly she take care of us for 7 consecutive days. Were like to leave here our big Thanks for her. TEREZA

Is a very louder building you can hear anything between apartments even when the people walking 6 am the roon cleaning starts 8 am they wake up and in the afternoon is you think ro take a nape is impossible time to refill your refrigerator.

The resort was All inclusive so drinks and Buffet style meals were included. Staff everywhere were friendly and professional. 5 restaurants to choose from I enjoyed all of them! Entertainment and dancing available too.

My only complaint is the night club needs a little touch up paint but I still enjoyed it all. The DJ was awesome and the dancing performers were amazing! Just Air conditioning needed closer to stage area.

Perfect location for finishing our holiday. All restaurants are perfect including a la card. Before going here I read some bad reviews about the restaurants. After our visit I don’t understand this bad review. Nice swimming pools and drinks at the bars.

It’s not the nicest beach. But the sun-beds are good.

Staff was really lovely, everyone tried to help and support us

The booking of restaurants was confusing and we couldn't get a booking for the French restaurant. Every time we tried it was fully booked.

the hotel is huge and beautiful, the staff was lovely and very helpful. great buffet breakfast!

they need more transport from the rooms to lobby and beach and to renew the buildings a little bit, they seem a bit old

Friendly staff, very clean. The food is very good 3 restaurants to choose every night. Lots of activities to do every night.

A little noisy before 7 am. Overall is a good place.
