I loved the feeling we received from the receptionist at the front desk. She was friendly and helpful, even with a slight language barrier. My Spanish isn't very good and she explained the instructions in English well. The feeling of a fresh and clean environment when entering the room was apparent. The room was spotless and free of any unpleasant orders, and the size of the room was adequate for the length of our stay (One Night). The water pressure and hot water in the shower were terrific. It's been a while since we've had adequate water pressure and hot water at a hotel in Spain. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs when traveling to Casco Viejo. We could take a Bus/Train/Bike to any place we wanted to visit. In addition, there were parks nearby where we could run/walk.

The WiFi connection kept having disconnection issues while we were streaming our movie choice for the night. We also had troubles with the TV's HDMI ability. We couldn't get past a "Set-Up" menu to watch our media from a laptop (Normally, it's just "Plug-n-Play). We weren't able to open the window for fresh air. It's possible this is a safety concern, being on a higher level. But it would have been nice to open it as an option.

I enjoyed my stay here very much and good value for money! Tram and buses just 5 mins walk away and it's also walking distance from the main bus stop of Vitoria-Gasteiz, which was very convenient for me as I was travelling a lot by bus. The room was simple, clean, Ibis budget style and it was perfect for my stay.

I thought the brekafast could have been a little better as I compared to other Ibis hotels I stayed in, but maybe it was just me. Like more choice

Good value. Nothing exaggerating. Clean room and comfy bed. Nice view from our window. We had to use the hotel's private parking which is affordable(7E) compared to other cities in spain. We walked to the center of the city and returned after midnight. The area seemed very safe.The building was repainted rather recently and has an "attitude" (the rooms though would look much bigger if they used light blue (or verament) insead of dark blue they used to decorate them)

Breakfast was exactly as expected, good quality simple continental breakfast that was good value for the money. All the milk was labelled in English which was a great help. The rooms were very quiet, did not hear any noise from other rooms or outside. Hotel close to the tram stop.

It would have been nice to be able to open the window to get fresh air, when the air conditioning switched off the rooms got ‘stuffy’

IBIS as everywhere I've been are a convinient place to book. Iwas just 3 minutes away from the tram to go to the city. The room was clean, the staff worked very hard to serve us breakfast. I was there for a IM race so they prepared breakfast early on race day.

I did not like I had to pay extra for parking

Good location, secure parking, good price. William and Laura on reception a credit to Ibis.

Breakfast good but ran out of croissants very early. Parking excellent but disabled bay as far away from elevator as possible making it difficult for wife with mobility problems. Eventualky parked closer to elevator.

So clean and well laid out, great on site private carpark. Friendly check in. Even had our on private patio!!! Linen all clean and fresh. Would return if passing through again.

Area was good for us as only a one night stop over, but could see a lot going on around local area...

This hotel has all of the facilities expected of a large chain, and everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good value. Car parking was secure.

Location was some way from the city centre (about 30 minute walk) although trams and buses are available.

A useful overnight stop when breaking a long journey. Useful street parking. A lot of local cafes / bars within 400m of the hotel.

Disappointed to be paying a higher rate on a Saturday night. Breakfast is adequate but overall a bit disappointing.

I loved that I was available to check in at 23:30 since I had just arrived town ando couldn’t arrive earlier. The room was really comfortable and clean and the breakfast was totally worth it. In addition, it’s 10min away (walking) from the bus station which is really convenient.
