Great location, good food, wonderful staff. I was particularly impressed with Ana - the check-in person the first day. She was particularly helpful and went above and beyond!!!!

The electricity went out for about two-three hours Monday night, 08.26.24 across most of the area, not just at the hotel. It was hot and a very hard walk up and down stairs... The generator/emergency lighting you had only worked for the lobby area. I live in a beach town in the US and all hotels here have emergency generators for the entire hotel...?

View of the sea from the balcony is great! You are right across from the free public beach and the hotel offers paid parking but there is also lots of free public parking around on the street (although it is highly sought after given that it is on the beach). Airco works well, clean, nice smelling shower gels and shampoos. Breakfast offering is pretty decent. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Not a major point - but the soundproofing is not so good between the rooms. We could hear the baby crying in one room next to us whilst also having to hear some deranged sex sounds coming from the other room next to us - one of the most awkward cacophony of noises I ever had to listen to. Future hotel guests should bring some ear plugs.

The receptionists were extremely helpful. I had limited mobility and they all helped with my luggages. The garage is convenient. We had a wonderful room with sea view. The location is excellent with good restaurants at walking distance. The hotel is close to the beach and my daughter had a nice swim.

One elevator got broken and we had to use the bridge to reach our room and it was a bit shaky.

This hotel is a really lovely place to stay if you’re looking to be by the beach/harbour. The young lady at reception was absolutely fantastic, she was so warm, bubbly and welcoming from the start. We really enjoyed our stay here. Previous reviews left us apprehensive, but as “hotel snobs” ourselves (haha) I wouldn’t let them put you off! It was a really nice stay. You can also use the sun loungers and take them to the beach which is a really nice touch.

A beautiful modern hotel in a good location facing the beach. A room with a balcony overlooking the sea worth the extra few euros. Room was very spacious with a large bathroom everything was very clean. Short walk to the marina where there are a couple of restaurants and a 40 minute walk to the centre where there is many restaurants to choose from. Also the station to catch the train into Rome located here.

Excellent location. Clean rooms. Front desk staff were exceptional- so friendly and helpful. Clean staff were very efficient and punctual. Super friendly. Great breakfast every morning!!!!

Air conditioning not turned on till June 1 and room was hot and stuffy at night. If we Left the patio door open for fresh sea air and a cooling breeze we got eaten alive by mosquitos. Need a screen door on patio doors.

The room and the hotel met our expectations with good beach view, spacious room and balcony. The location of the hotel is great with only 12 to 15 minutes ride to airport. Centrally air-conditioned rooms, good wifi connectivity, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is optional but I recommend to have which is good value for money, tasty and filling. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. There is a locker also available in the room. Bar is available 24/7 within the hotel. A few restaurants and pizzerias available near-by. The place is lively and you can see people strolling along the beach till late in the night. But it is not disturbing. The beach area just opposite the hotel is not crowded and lot of space available. The hotel can lend you beach umbrellas for free. Local vendors stroll around the beach to sell roasted corn, cocktails on portable bar, beach toys etc.

Many good restaurants are a bit far but you can reach them by public transport in 5 to 10 minutes. The best beaches with restaurants are 2 km away. If you want to relax at the beach in front of the hotel for whole day, it would be better to carry food since there are no eateries on the beach side. Though local vendors stroll around the beach to sell roasted corn, cocktails on portable bar, beach toys etc.

The position by the beach and the port is amazing. I booked a room with a balcony and sea view and it was just so relaxing and enjoyable. The personnel helped us with whatever we asked eg quiet room, towels for the beach, takeaway cappuccino etc. Very professional and helpful. The bed was very comfortable with the choice of two different pillow thicknesses!! The room was clean and a good size.

The structure is a bit dated eg hinges of the fridge door and wardrobe no longer aligned. Another thing to mention is that Ostia seems to be littered with dog fouling so you need to carefully watch where you walk as soon as you step out of the hotel. This should obviously be the responsibility of Ostia's council not the hotel

Breakfast was good, had variety. The hotel is right on the beach which was what I wanted. The room was cute, clean, nice bathroom, although there was only half a shower door which I tough was odd. Room staff was great. This area was not congested with tourists. They provided a free shuttle for a group of us heading to the airport.

I wish I’d been given a room facing the water. I didn’t think to request it. I went out to the beach every day and never saw any guests on the beach front balconies, leading me to think they were vacant. Also, one morning I took an early walk and returned at 6:30am to find the entrance door still locked.

Good location on the waterfront, though a bit far from everything (€35 for transfer from Fiumicino) but good for a relaxing break. Nice view of the sea from my room. Room was spacious and seemed recently renovated. Bath tub. Tourist port across the road with eating options. Stop for local bus nearby to get bus to the Lido Station for trains to Ostia Antica and Rome.

The second night there was no hot water. Had to have a lukewarm shower when I was really looking forward to a hot bath or shower after spending hours at Ostia Antica. Sliding door to the balcony doesn’t lock. The staff said they’d get it repaired but the lock is very corroded so it’s obviously been like that for a while.
