Very friendly and helpful staff. When we arrived the bed was set up for a couple instead of twin beds as requested. The staff were quick to sort this out. The room was immediately clean and everything seemed brand new. Also staff suggested ways of getting into Manchester which was very helpful.

When we returned in the evening there was no one at the reception to let us in. Luckily another guest was passing and let us in. Unfortunately the hairdryer didn’t work properly. I mentioned this when checking out.

The manager who was there was amazing, I think his name was jamie, he always wore a suit that made the whole experience feel classy. I went for a concert and he talked to me about my experience and was very helpful when I ordered some food, a margarita pizza and a pina colada he went to check the other bar to see if they had stock and in that wait time he said the pizza would be 7 minutes but it was arround 25 minutes without me complaining or saying anything about it he made me a pina colada on the house to make up for it and offered to make more for me if I wanted which made the wait for the pizza not even matter anymore (the pizza was really good top quality stuff). The room i stayed in was really good for one person it was room 116 the only thing bad with it was in the shower room to ventilate the shower room you had to open a tiny window that was right on top of these stinky block things (i don't know what they were but they spun arround) they periodically spat out stinky air through the window so I only opened it when I had to. I would have to say the best bit about the room however was THE SHOWER it had a nozle to change the water pressure and it was amazing definitely recomend using it on max pressure it felt like a shower for the gods it was so strong and nice it was pushing itself backwards. My stay here was amazing would definitely come again

The staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. We arrived very late due to flying home from holiday and we were very tired. We got a late check out and we thought breakfast was until 10.30 so we missed it and the brought pastries to our room which was so kind. It eased our stay so much before we had to drive home.

We have stayed at this Holiday inn a few times now and it is always very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff are always very friendly and will be on hand to help and nothing is a problem. We will always book here when we stay in this area. It's the best Holiday inn I've stayed inn.

This is a Beautiful Hotel, considering it's Quite close to a Reasonably busy main Road, after you drive up to the Reception, you are in the Country, There's a Lovely Fountain ⛲ ( Water feature) just adjacent to the Reception and Beautiful period Lamposts around the parking.... A Gorgeous Cherry 🍒 Tree as you drive up the Entrance all adds to the feeling.... A Fabulous Team, work really well here to deliver a Great stay....So polite, a Quick and easy check in at Reception, we had a Lovely Room.... Spotlessly Clean.... Fantastic Shower 🚿... Breakfast is Served between 07.30- 10am... as this was a Bank Holiday... Fantastic options for Breakfast ( all Self -Service) Breakfast Staff are on Duty to ensure that everything is fine, Steph... was the Morning Duty Lead on the Breakfast as we went to Eat....She was Fantastic...Going ( Above and Beyond) to sort out an issue with the Coffee machine.... There was a Delicious choice of Cereals, Fresh fruits, yogurts, Pastries to choose from, followed by a Hot Buffet ( self service) of Bacon, sausages, Choice of Eggs, Beans.... Very Tasty, Hot and Delicious 😋..... Thank you so much....

Overall everything was Very good, and comfortable. Thank you 😊.

Felt very ANNOYED that I'd booked a Queen Bedroom...Was given a Standard Double, Well me...is it a COMMON PRACTICE TO Change the Room at YOUR CONVENIENCE, WITHOUT TELLING THE CUSTOMERS, in advance....much smaller Room.... So NOT HAPPY...NEXT TIME PLEASE...DONT TAKE ME FOR AN IDIOT..... I made a BIG POINT of RECOGNITION for Steph....your Breakfast lady, who went ABOVE & BEYOND, when we stayed last TIME.... April.... And you do this now.......Thanks for Nothing.....

There was an event on the night we stayed which meant as hotel residents we didn't have a car parking space and were made to park in the gravel, large pothole, not the greatest car park next door. Didnt help that some guests had parked across two spaces. Just found it a little rude considering the price of the stay. It wouldn't put me off staying again this time as I assumed it was a one off but just a consideration for the hotel management.

A surprisingly, beautiful hotel nestled in the middle of a residential suberb. The local bus to and from Oldham is practically outside the door. From the moment we arrived until we left two days later the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The rooms and the hotel itself were spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were lovely with a good selection to choose from. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

We honestly didn't find anything that we didn't like about this hotel.

Excellent Customer Service from arrival, Reception Team very helpful and friendly. Five Star service from 'Steph' in the Breakfast Dining Room, excellent customer service, very friendly and attentive. Steph's attention to detail was excellent and my husband and I thank you very much Steph for your brilliant service. Plenty of car parking space. Great location.

The bathroom was tiny (but doable) and the bath whilst showering was extremely slippy as there wasn't a bath mat etc.

The location was easy to find. The room was big enough and the spare bed was laid out in anticipation, this was a really nice touch. I was also able to check out 2 hours later which was was very helpful.

I waited longer that neccessary for check-in, this was because someone skipped the line and the lady at reception did not correct it. Not an issue as she was helpful, I just feel that could have been handled better. Breakfast on sunday ended too early at 9:30am.

lovley room, really comfy big bed, great breakfast, nice easy parking, brilliant hotel, rooms feel luxury really really impressed by the customer service we received from JAMIE the night manager - one of the best we’ve experienced. he’s very friendly and helpful and deserves a raise if not already!

disappointed with Bassam who aggressively knocked on our door at 11am and didn’t check the note Jamie left that we had 12pm check out because we signed up to be holiday inn members. Very unprofessional at the door almost arguing with my husband.
