Good location, new room, the best staff în Saranda. The hotel is located in a quiet area, up on the hill, where it is quiet and from the balcony you can see the sea and part of Saranda. The rooms are new, clean and with new furniture. The staff is very kind and assertive. Any information or my request was resolved. The bus station to Ksamil is at 3 minute from the location. I felt like home and I want to thank them very much. O recommend this location and I will come back too.

Great hospitality.Beautiful and modern rooms. My room had a big balcony with a nice view.The location is good and Its on the main road that goes from Sarande to Ksamil. Very delicious breakfast.

Nothing bad in particular but the road to enter at the hotel was tricky and uneasy to find

A ruin with so much rubbish spoiled the view.

Don’t get fooled by the well edited pictures from the Booking website. This is not a 4 star hotel! And this comes from someone who’s staying in hotels every month. Unfortunately we was forced to stay there to not loose half the price we had to pay. Personal was ok but they don’t gave me the receipt for what I payed even if I asked them 4 times. The breakfast was poor and I did not received the rooms I booked( sea view rooms), the electrical installation that is not finished and electrical wires hanging on the wall next to the bed where a child was supposed to sleep. If you are looking for a max 2 star hotel with low expectations, go for it but if you are expecting a 4 star hotel, choose something else.
