We liked everything about our staying at Villa Doka. Our room was super clean, we had a beautiful view over the sea, breakfast was very good, varied and plentiful even for a vegetarian like me. The location is great, 10 mins walk to some of the nicest beaches in Sarandë. Elisa and her family are amazing hosts, they went far and beyond in ordwe to help us with everything we needed. They helped us to rent a scooter without any effort from our part, they called at the bus station to double check the departure hours, they called us a taxi and many other kind gestures that we will appreciate forever. We are looking forward to come back here and we are already missing this place. There many supermarkets and shops just a couple of minutes from the accommodation, where you cand find anything you need and want to make the best out of your trip.

The rooms were clean, in general corresponding to the pictures on the booking. The host is kind and ready to help with any information 

Breakfast very little and only 2 dishes received in 7 days. The distance to the sea is 500m, Mango beach having 3 slopes and 64 stairs to climb.

It's not something bad about the Vila, just a note to other travelers: I didn't have a car and felt adventurous enough to walk to the city center and back every day (read as "I walked for 50 mins [one way] up- and down-hill under 35 degrees heat"). Insane cardio, don't recommend, unless you are really into it.

the best place as I could get to know a bit of Albania. the hotel itself is located in a beautiful place close to nature and the beach. The owners of the hotel are very helpful, kind and hospitable. They made my stay even better! they showed me some Albanian culture, some tradition and their delicious food! going to Saranda, I recommend everyone to stay in this place and their holidays will be sunny! The cleanliness of the hotel is more than 10 stars as is the service. not all places care about their guests like Vila Doka! highly recommended will be back soon!!!

Very clean, well furnished room with a balcony with a great view to the ocean. Very diverse and plentifull breakfast on the outside. One of the few hotels where i could pay with card. The owners are very nice even though only the son talked english but they had everything explained in a card in the room. When i was leaving, the mother came running to me to offer me a rose from her garden calling me "beautifull girl", that melted my heart :) you will feel at home here.

The car access to the parking in the front of the hotel is a little steep but doable.

Super experience! The hotel is beautiful and impeccably clean. It's family-run, and we had an excellent stay. The family running it is incredibly kind and always ready to help. We arrived as clients and left as friends. Their hospitality and friendliness left a lasting impression on us, making us feel like part of the family. Highly recommended!

Family owned and operated and they were extremely attentive and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We were given dinner recommendation and they kindly drove us to the restaurant. when my partner was unwell, I was also taken to the pharmacy and assisted with purchasing medicines. Breakfast was lovely sitting outside in the terrace area.

Nothing not to like about the property itself, however views of the sea are obstructed from the balcony of some rooms, such as the one we stayed in. Perhaps contact hotel directly to check if your room has views of this is important to you.

We were there 5 days, breakfast was the same every day, but there were a lot of things to choose from and they were fresh every day. The rooms were clean, beautiful terrace for evening sitting. The atmosphere was very family-oriented, the host knows basic phrases in English, but there was his son, who speaks excellent English. We felt very comfortable. We will definitely recommend this place and remember the stay as successful.

The family Doka were exceptionally welcoming, accommodating and gracious. The rooms were in pristine, the environment around the vila was quite and relaxing. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Sincerely enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning again in a few days.

Vila Doka is a very warm family hotel. We felt welcome at all times and our wishes were taken seriously and implemented directly. The rooms were very well maintained and clean. We were lucky to have a room with frontal sea view. The breakfast was simple, but was totally sufficientr. A rental car was organized for us upon request so we could travel to various hotspots. Doka (the hotel owner) was very nice and accommodating at all times and knew good English so communication was easy. The other family members were very friendly and lovely as well. The hotel is rather outside and on a mountain so you need a cab to Saranda town or Ksamil.
