We had a wonderful experience at Buna Park Hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, and the food was excellent. The young woman at reception was extremely helpful — unfortunately, we didn’t get her name, but she arranged for us to stay in the best room facing the lake, which was quiet and peaceful. The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the value for money is 5 stars. We are a couple from Malta and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

The location was amazing, right on the Buna River and facing the Rozafa Castle. The room was clean and spacious, and the whole place is surrounded by the best smelling plants and flowers, which adds to the beauty when you have a coffee or eat at the bar/restaurant they have. The staff is excellent, very friendly and cordial.

Internet was a bit spotty sometimes. No beverages or snacks in the fridge.

Nice hotel in a nice location, we had lunch and breakfast at the hotel which were both very good, the kids enjoyed the pool.

There’s no elevator, you will need to climb one level of stairs to the reception and the rooms. No one at the pool side.

The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Gorgeous view and location. Would highly recommend.

When the air conditioning broke down there was no back up. No fans or anything. My daughter was very ill from heatstroke and being in a BOILING room all night. Was sick many times. No one about to help out of hours and no emergency contact number to ring.

It is a real park where hotel is :) Hotel is on the river Bojana (Buna) across the Skadar Fortress (Rozafa). Big parkings, exellent service. Breakfast more than enough :) All recommendations!

The location was great, in front of castle mount and by the river, but in the evening I forgot to close the window and with my return all room was full of flies and other insects. The room was small, but comfy, with fridge, hairdryer and etc. Breakfast was tasty.

A nice place to stay. Everything was clean, the breakfast was fresh, the bed was comfortable, and there was a river view from the window.

The restaurant at night was really good with cheap but good wine and nice views on the castle.

The breakfast was limited and not very tasty. the receptionist was not able to provide us information about well known touristic attractions.

The environment around is wonderful. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Bed mattress was a bit too soft for my preference.
