Superb bed, nice staff, lots of parking
The large window in the room & bathroom is not properly sealed & there are 1cm gaps hidden behind wood trips, so you hear traffic exactly as if the window was open. This is a construction issue but probably it wont disturb most users.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Lying in a position on the edge of the hill 2 min far from center by car, where in front of me is the view of the whole city of Shkodra and in the center rises the Razafe castle built 1000 years BC. Clean confortablr room and toilet, wonderful staff, very tasty food, very comfortable stay. I totally suggest!

We spent one night at this hotel, the staff were amazing, kind and helpful. Our room was spectacular with incredible views on the river.
Unfortunately we couldn't get a rental car and it's a little far from anything. We only stayed one night so we enjoyed the restaurant and the views. Great hotel overall.

The location is great and the staff really can't do too much for you. The food is some of the best locally and the restaurant is mostly full of the locals which is always a great sign. Can't fault the rooms, cleanliness, service and warm welcome

outstanding service and staff, amazing views and location you can view the castle at night sunset and sunrise from room, balcony and restaurant. Meals were superb. close to town and access to everything. Our fav accomodation in Albania

Very clean. Great view. Kind staff. Elegant rooms.
During the summer the rooms (lake view) are quite noisy due to the club in front of the hotel. The only little problem we got in a beautiful stay

The view is espectacular. From room and from restaurant. The owners were very very good, they treated me very well I was able to remote work during my stay.
