This hotel was exceptional in all aspects of our stay the staff were great, the rooms were basic but spacious ,the buffet breakfast and dinner had loads of variety to keep everyone in our party happy, as a travelling party of 5 with motorcycle we had secure closed parking and we could come and go as we pleased and it was the perfect location for everything, and the shopping district was about 10 min walk from this hotel

The staff were very friendly and accomodating, helpful. Spacious room and altogether very enjoyable stay. Everything we needed, shops, cafes etc was close by

Scrambled eggs were not always available for breakfast but still fine. No evening meals which was unfortunate.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable, clean, the location of the hotel is great. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The parking was charged extra , but it was a resonable price. In general, parking in Andorra is sometimes problematic so it wasn't a big deal.

We got an upgrade as there was a big group of kids, but they did not bother us. Only a little bit crowded in the morning when getting breakfast. Room, location and breakfast were good. Nice to have a walk from hotel to city center and hiking trails near by as well, close enough to bus station.

I got a large room, which I was very greatful for, because the hotel before had very, very small rooms. The stuff was very helpful as well. I appreciated the location, which is not in the busy area. You can walk along the river to the centre, which is a nice short walk.

This hotel is a great combination of price, location and service. The staff especially the lady at checkin are courteous, always smiling and helpful. They kept my luggage for a few hours while I waited for my bus. They offer a wide buffet for breakfast with hot dishes. The hotel is located at a 10mins walking distance from the Bus Terminal, and 15-20mins from the Commercial street. There is a very good laundromat nearby as well as supermarkets. The rooms look outdated but that is compensated with them being clean, comfortable and views of the mountains. The bathroom was large and clean too.

They don’t offer water bottles in the room. Its not a bid deal though.

I don't like to eat so much for breakfast, so I only took advantage the one morning. But it's hard to think how more varied a breakfast could be.

That they had to shut down for maintenance work during off-season.

Everything except the ask of 16E for parking!! Why? When you have Parking, it would have been great to allow it to be used for a night, Afterall, traveling on a motorcycle, the least we want is a safe place to park the MC and 16E was quite atrocious! However, thanks to the Receptionist for guiding to free park zones and telling me that Andorra is a safe place with 1 cop for every 4 citizens!!!!

Great 3 star hotel ,15 minutes walking to the downtown and tax free shopping center. Breakfast was great,parking was easy.

Receptions were very helpful & friendly. Good sized clean bedroom & bathroom. Good parking indoors & inhouse restaurant with good food

All good, no issues
