The location is very central. I had a pretty big room facing an inner yard, so it was quiet. But if your room faces the street it may get noisy in high season. The staff was kind and helpful. They let me in my room 1h early since it was ready. Both the room and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast is also very decent. Compared to other options, price/performance is very good imo.

The facilities are a bit old. Everything works, but just a bit old. Which is not a problem in general, except for the noisy and barely effective AC. Parking is also quite expensive, but I believe that's the same with every hotel.

Phantastic location, I could watch the colorful evening water-show of the "singing fountain" between the bridge and Dalí directly from my room. Shopping streets next to the hotel. I had half-board meal plan, the food was offered in good quality and variety. The staff was very helpful, they helped me to park my hughe rent-car in the tiny garage and found a person who took it out without more damage next morning (I have scratched the car in the narrow ramp curve at the arrival, not being used to car´s dimensions and not being warned of the garage´s dimensions - therefore, if your car is big, ask immediately for a big garage!!). Next day they offered parking in a much bigger garage suitable for big cars just opposite the hotel.

The direct access to the hotel by car is quite tricky, should be explained by a map already after online booking, Google navigation failed. The memory-foam bed is not good for my back at all, too soft. And, I hardly could change position in the foam that surrounded all my body. It acts as additional heating, too warm, which is really not nice in a hot summer. The same goes for pillows from the same material. Their form is bad for the neck and they are too warm. I would like to have at least one traditional down pillow. There was only one complimentary bottle of water for the whole stay. And, as already mentioned, be aware of the fact that the garage directly in the hotel is too small, only for smaller cars, not big SUV.

Location is perfect for walking around the town. I had an high floor with river view so prime view of the light show over the river. Parking on-site and competitively priced at 23 euros a night. Breakfast was excellent but doesn’t start until 7.30am. Price compared to other brand hotels in the area. Fridge in the room and free litre ow water were useful to have.

Hotel is a little dated, bathrooms are tired but nothing major. Air con not easy to suss out Hotel car park is very tight to get up the tunnel too and not east to park as everything is tight due to narrow spaces etc. only suitable for small/comact cars.

Excellent location for exploring Andorra, we stayed in a balcony room overlooking the city and river. Great spot to watch the world go by. Room was really spacious and although next to the road and in the middle of the city once the door balcony door was closed you were not disturbed. Room was clean, tv worked and the bed was spacious and comfy. The room also had additional seating of a sofa. All bathroom amenities provided. Staff were friendly and helpful on check-in and throughout our stay. Breakfast was really tasty good selection of hot food, local specialities and continental options. Excellent selection of hot and cold drinks too. Staff were friendly and the restaurant cleanliness was maintained throughout the breakfast service. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to other travellers to Andorra.

Room was quite warm so a bit stuffy at times. We stayed 3 nights and in room tea/coffee/water wasn’t topped up each day.

Great hotel. It aged well, like good wine. This means the interior is a little dated, but it's clean, has got comfortable beds, and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. There is free fruit infused water at the reception. Our room was big and had a bathtub, which our little guy appreciated very much.

In my opinion 24e for parking per day is too much, but then again you have to consider that it is Andorra. Parking is hard to come by any cheaper. So I would rather consider this as a neutral than a negative point.

The hotel's location offered convenient access to many attractions. The breakfast selection was truly delightful and offered a great start to the day.

During my stay, the room temperature was unfortunately quite warm, which made it difficult to relax. The controls seemed unresponsive to our attempts to adjust the temperature. Additionally, the pillows provided were not very comfortable for sleeping. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests. A comfortable room temperature and supportive pillows are essential for a restful stay.

The reception was very slow at our arrival and it was not very pleasant to wait for 30 min after a long trip. Once the receptionist arrived she was not very pleasant and she gave us deceitful information regarding parking spaces around the hotel….. Parking in the city is FREE on Sundays. It looks almost like she tried to make us pay for the internal parking (about 30 euros) by saying there are no free spaces anywhere in the city….. that is a really big disappointment to ask such information from random people on the street….

Location is excellent - in the heart of Andorra. Room is spacious, definately much bigger than average hotel rooms, comfortable bed. Good sound isolation. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast with wide variety and for last day we had early check-out and nice take away breakfast was prepared.

Room facilities are bit outdated. Spa area had 1 small jacuzzi and medium heat sauna - wouldn't recommended however price was friendly 10eur/pers 1 hour

Lovely & helpful staff, wide comfortable beds, location right in the centre 👍 When you open the window it does get quite loud (the river + traffic), but once closed the room is perfectly sound-proof. WiFi was working great (I was working there too). You can rent the city e-bikes for free - I recommend going up the smaller streets of Andorra de Vella & admiring the v iew of the valley!

The sauna wasn't working due to a maintenance break - it wasn't a big problem as I went to Caldea anyway, but I wish I'd been informed about this once I made my booking

Comfortable, spacious room, good mattress. A very good variety of products at the breakfast buffet.

The central air-conditioning made a ver loud, strange noise, all night. Could hardly sleep because of it. The hotel charges 24€ a night for the parking, which is steep.
