Size of the room: super sufficient for a comfy stay for 2 adults and kid (with a baby cot, btw baby cot that was provided by the hotel was with a super quality). Bed was super good (big) and comfortable (mattress was really nice). Staff just amazing, helped with all the tiny things during our stay. Perfect breakfasts, and tasty food at restaurant. Private slope, possibility to hire a couch for lessons at hotel, ski rent at hotel, possibility to buy a skips at the reception. Glass of champagne during check in, cava and sweets at the room - just a great start of stay. Parking with Porsche chargers, lovely. Shuttle bus every 5-10 mins to slopes.

The hotel is new, Stylish, clean, well equipped. We’ve got upgraded and with an additional bed without any charge. All the staff are nice and helpful. When we arrived, Sofia showed us around and introduced all facilities to us. Nicholas also helped book the entry passes of mont magic for our family. Rodrigo suggested a few nice cities to us when he knew we were about to visit France after our trip to Andorra. The lady who worked in the restaurant (sorry that I forgot to ask her name) and served breakfast was super attentive and friendly. Our overall experience in this hotel was exceptional. I would certainly recommend it to anyone without reservation.

Lovely views from the property, quite spacious and recently refurbished in a mountain style. We enjoyed the breakfasts, bar area and outside space which had plenty of comfortable seating and nice views. All the staff were lovely and very personable.

Our kids didn’t like the wifi, they considered it really slow (it wasn’t about 5mps in our room) so gaming wasn’t possible. Given it was summer the car park seemed expensive compared to street parking (€20 vs €5 per day). Parking on street was plentiful but you had to remember to buy tickets. I would have happily paid for hotel parking at a slightly lower rate. We didn’t see anyone using the hotel car park either.

Great service and breakfast. The people in the reception and in the restaurants were super nice - 10/10 for the hotel staff. Really great service - after complaining that our room is facing the street, they upgraded us immediately. ! I loved the spa - in august was almost empty which was great! The food in the bar was really good.

In the rooms there is no aircon which was disappointing. We wanted to escape from the heat in barcelona, and it didn't work. The restaurant is pricey and the quality not so impressive. The food in the bar much better. Not our room are facing the mountain. No free parking.

Super nice and friendly staff. Spa was wonderful and big, have hours for adults only which was great. Breakfast was super tasty. Stunning location with beautiful nature around. King size bed was super comfy and room was nice!

First night we got a different room than what we booked (no balcony, no view, third bed very uncomfortable) and were not offered compensation. Seemed to be problems in the kitchen (bug in drink, hair in fruit salad, repeated mistakes in order), however, they were very nice and generous.

Beautiful in 2023 newly refurbished hotel right at the foot of the beginners ski slopes. The staff and service were EXCEPTIONAL. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Nothing was too much. They even went to the pharmacy downtown to buy us blister plasters:) We spent Christmas at Serras Andorra and the food was absolutely amazing. Both the vegetarian and regular menu. Really beautiful!

If we have to say one thing we didn’t “like” perhaps that it was a bit too warm in the hotel, especially in the restaurant and in the rooms.

We stayed at the Serras second time, and will come back again! We loved everything about this place, felt very comfortable and always had attention from the staff! The food at the restaurant was very delicious and staff friendly! Ski rentals and own slope for kids are great plus! We definitely come back again!!!

very relaxing atmosphere, staff were very helpful and friendly, food was extremely good, the boot room and lift transfer was unlike anything I have ever experienced. The room was spacious warm with lovely views.

The Spa was very nice and children were allowed to use between 11am-6pm which is fine but it was treated like a playground and potentially dangerous.

the hotel ambience, great helpful staff and super cosy and spacious rooms and cleanliness was excellent.Location is nice but there is nothing around it. Having a car helped us alot

The restaurant had limited times to serve lunch and dinner and the menue was also limited. We traveled in Summer time (JULY) so I wonder if it gets better during winter time.

Love the ski to door the children had a great time the school and the instructor was great with kids and so patient with them

Their was one staff member in the restaurant who was rude but the problem with that staff was solved when i reach to the reception and told them about what happened
