Every one that works in the hotel is so nice & friendly. They help in everything they can and more. It’s very well located. Rooms are very clean.

The hotel need to be updated : towels, painting and a better WIFI that works in all the rooms /areas. The workout room has such an old equipment some of them don’t even work good anymore The mattress are hard as a rock. Towels look and feel so old. Some of them are broken and with holes.

I was happily surprised to find out the breakfast was delivered to the room. I was even more happy that I just needed to text a number from a QR code displayed in the room. That extra touch pushed the experience over the top. I highly recommend having breakfast included. The food was delicious and simple. I liked not having to think about breakfast. The location was also ideal. The neighborhood has numerous excellent cafes and restaurants within short walking distance. The street was quiet. The area in general was ideal for going out for dinner, but not being kept up all night by loud bars.

Awwa Suites & Spa is an ice place to stay. Close to AEP airport. Just a 10 USD cab ride. A very reasonable cab ride from EZE. Just 30 USD. Many service's located nearby. We purchased Sim cards. Went to the ATM and exchanged money. The hotel is very nice. Comfortable with good internet. Breakfast is served at 8 USD per person. Breakfast is brought up to your room. There is an indoor pool and spa and sauna. Very nice. The staff is helpful and can speak English. Nice place. We would stay there again. We had a nice outside balcony.

Location, the workers were so nice and rooms were very clean

I stayed before at AWWA. It was great but their care for quality and comfort for their guests went down. For example the mattresses they have are hard , thin & uncomfortable and even the toilet paper is ……..

The rooms need updating, we stayed in a deluxe room with twin beds and balcony, the decor needed renovation we thought. Otherwise, I enjoyed our stay.

The bill for launderette service was not explained well, I ended up paying the same amount as the hotel.stay .. very disappointed.

2 things I would say as getting even better: 1) the smart TV network sometimes freezes and 2) although there was a breakfast at the room, I missed a cafeteria. Those are suggestions nothing to discredit. It is a great place

The bed was very comfy and a big balcony. A beautiful green tree was the view and like being on the streets of Paris. Kitchenette, table and chairs in the room. Reception staff very knowledgeable and able to help with questions and always open. Able to store bags between visits

A little noisy with the traffic of the main street and the surrounding neighbourhood in the mornings. But no problem if you wake up early. No restaurant but plenty to choose from around the neighbourhood. Just make sure the water in the shower is powerful as I had to change rooms to make sure the shower pressure worked. And it did in my new room

Great luxury option when travelling on a budget - it's small enough that it's cosy and welcoming, but big enough that you are always able to use the spa facilities. Booking a massage was super easy, even for someone who does not speak Spanish well. Would definitely recommend!

Breakfast. The hotel don't have a restaurant so the Breakfast is in your room, it this very basic Breakfast, plates, knife and forks are in your room and you need to wash them for the next day. If you stay there don't buy the Breakfast

The staff was so friendly, courteous and accommodating. The location was in a fantastic spot in Palermo in walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was unique: you call a number on WhatsApp and they deliver it to your room (it was very good). :)
