Staff were excellent and very helpful, views are awesome. Laundry had a quick turnaround (same day). Try out breakfast and dinner with superb lakeside views. And top it off with great wine.

The spa was underwhelming. Decent sauna - which is what I want - but that is about it. The Scottish Shower (whatever that is!) needs addressing since it does not seem to work. Should be more drinking water made available to guests; the tap water (even from the kitchen) is full of chlorine.

The location is fine if you have your own car. It is a little outside the town. But the view is fantastic. It provide everything a four star hotel should provide. The staffs were super nice, especially Maria in the spa center, the receptionists, and the waitress in the dinning area.

The road to the hotel was a dirt and gravel road. When I drove there, I thought I got the wrong direction. The hotel shows a little of it's age. A corner of the bathroom wall has stains showing a leak problem. The front entrance was in repair.

While the views are spectacular, it's the staff that truly make this hotel special! From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was genuinely engaged in ensuring that I had a pleasant stay. It was nice to have heated floors in the rooms and the restaurant.

While the hotel offers a free shuttle to centro, it is definitely in an isolated area, not within walking distance to anything. But, the shuttle hours were convenient enough that the location was not a deterrent.

It's not clear what's wrong with the price. but perhaps this is a booking problem, not a hotel problem. There is one price in the app, but in the hotel it includes tax and I had to pay 21% more and for some reason, at 23:30 they wrote to me not to smoke in the room or they will charge me a fine of $100. but I don’t smoke at all, it was very strange and unpleasant

Best service we got in all of Argentina! From the first receptionist to the cleaning staff all the way to the waiters/waitresses, everyone looks genuinely happy to be there and is eager to help. It was such a pleasure interacting with everyone. We rented a car and found the location perfect. It's completely worth it paying for the lake view. The colours are insane and keep changing throughout the day. Rooms were comfy and everything was super clean, with nice finitions.

More staff id needed to clean tables during breakfast. The building is a bit old, can be modernized. Nice hotel but … nothing special. Seems nicer in the pictures.

Fairly new building with a great view from the dining room. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming.

It is far from the town center but they did a great job to accommodate guests. There was a shuttle and bikes available. We had a car so it wasn’t an issue but still thought it was a great touch to help people get around if you were without a vehicle.

Location far from town, but hotel has a free shuttle every hour in the afternoon, to and from town center.
