I loved the free transportation from the city center to the hotel. The food was actually quite good! Very comfortable breakfast and the staff was lovely.

The room could do some work. Some of the knobs of the closet continuously fell off.

the location was nice outside of town and closer to the glacier. it was a quiet property and having the onsite restaurant was convenient too. both my lunch and dinner were very good and reasonably priced. the wifi worked well, a luxury in Argentina for sure. the lady who checked me in was very nice, I for arrive and spoke for English!

the rooms are a bit dated for the price point. it was just simple and basic. also the room was very hot even with the window open it wouldn’t cool down. no fan as such to help.

Quite place as its based a bit far from the main center. Reception kind and nice. Nice to have a suttle to drive the guests to the center.

Room and facilities are very old (doesnt look at all as a 4 star hotel), also sofas, courtains and room Carpet with stains. Room was smelling really bad from the bathroom when we entered. Shuttle could have more hours at Night and short breaks as the hotel its only 5 min from the center and suttles Goes only hour by hour.

Breakfast was ok. Could improve with a constant supply of eggs and bacon. Good service at front desk

Hotel need some maintenance. Heaters and fridge at room does not work well
