Staff were really good & helpful when the transportation for our trip didn't show up. Very quiet with very comfortable beds

Breakfast was the same every day. Wifi only available in the reception area. Located up a steep hill from the town centre which as we didnt have a car was a bit of a pain

Very friendly and helpful owner found a room to store our bike which was very much appreciated. The restaurant for dinner/breakfast had amazing views over the Beagle Channel. It's big enough to have great facilities but not too big to be impersonal, highly recommended!

There was no wifi in our room. It's was alaggish also in the public areas. The breakfast is gerous but basic.. I expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel.

Good sized room with comfy beds and views over the city. Decent modern bathroom with good shower and hot water. Breakfast buffet with plenty of options. Ample parking. On site restaurant with ok food at reasonable (for Chile!) prices.

Wifi only available in public areas, and even there it was patchy and slow. For a 4-star hotel in 2023 this is pretty bad. And particularly given the price of the rooms in this place. Sound proofing between rooms is also not great, so hope you don't get noisy or late-night neighbours. The location of the hotel is also quite far from anything in town - it's a long walk down the hill (then back up again later!) if you want to go anywhere.
