I was able to make my room into home for 3 nights. Spacious, with furniture I could really use, decent lighting, frig/microwave/toaster. Walk-in shower was deliciously strong and hot. Very friendly staff. I slept well - it was quiet and dark. Conveniently located to town. Couldn’t ask more!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable room. Comfortable bed and the best shower! Rooms are a great size and are well equipped. Staff very welcoming. Close to town and a nice quiet area to sit outside. One of the cleanest motels I have ever stayed at and the owners obviously take pride in their business. Lots of room for parking and wifi works well. Great place to stay to explore Kandos, 6 mins to Rylstone. Rooms were well soundproofed. Perfect stay.

A fragrance in the room caused respiratory distress which took several tablets and an inhaler to calm. On our travels we’ve noticed several hoteliers put some type of air fresheners in their rooms, unfortunately a lot of people are allergic to the fragrances.

simple clean stylish, modern no fuss practical yet attractive lovely setting looking out onto bush. picnic table, birds chirping, unobtrusive family feeling, the owners obviously care about their facility. attractive cactus arrangements outside the rooms made it feel very welcoming.

we would have liked to have a mirror in the main room rather than just in the bathroom, otherwise everything was just great. ( and the lack of a mirror is no biggy)

The beds are comfortable, the rooms amd bathrooms are very clean and modern, room's have handy appliances including a fridge, kettle, and microwave, there's air conditioning and a TV. The staff are very friendly. Great value for money.

Andrew and his wife must be seasoned motel managers. Everything is spot on and the little extras make all the difference. They are very proud of their business.

Nothing needs to be improved except they could have tried harder to make the beautiful roses flower ahead and out of season!

This Motel punches well above its weight, the room was beautiful, super clean and very cosy. The rooms use a combination lock rather than keys which makes it really convenient. The staff are very friendly. The whole experience was incredibly comfortable

Personally I'm not a fan of individual soaps in the rooms, I prefer liquid body wash as it doesn't dry you out. But that is just my preference and not a reflection on the service

The owner was amazingly helpful and friendly. Would I stay again. Certainly. The rooms had recently been renovated. Loved the water pressure in the shower. Quality and reasonable size TV.

For me, bed was too soft. But that's me.

Well placed next to the golf course, neat and clean room with nice extra touches. Quiet and comfortable.

The room was stocked with usual tea, coffee etc but a bit light on milk. Breakfast is not available at the motel but there are several excellent early opening cafes in Rylestone and Kandos.

Nice room, not huge for three of us but exceptionally clean. Pleased the public pool across the road was open after a long drive with the grandson. Very impressed with our treatment by staff. Whole town was virtually closed when we arrived (Boxing Day on a Sunday), but owner suggested we visit IGA and use their own BBQ. Actually saw them whip up a couple of make-do meals for two bikers who had no other provisions.

There wasn't anything in particular to dislike, it was solid but unspectacular.
