Location excellent .easy walking to local cafés and boutiques. Close to grocery shops, Newsagents, art gallery etc. RSL club next door convenient for meals or just to relax at the cafe area. Staff were very kind and accommodating eg When the rooms air con broke down ,there was no delay in arranging an alternate room, while having the air-con repaired asap. Staff kept me up to date with progress. Shower was nice and hot.

Suggestion : Kitchenette area could do with dishwashing liquid, extra dish sponge, and an extra tea-towel. Dusty window shutters and wardrobe cupboard - could do with attention.

The room was big so plenty of space to put everything. The beds were really comfortable. The air-conditioning worked very well. We like the idea of additional kitchen appliances of a toaster and microwave in the room. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and approachable with any questions you did have. Great location, easy walk to cafes, restaurants and Woollies.

Only fault was we had a loud airconditioner unit from the room above right outside our bathroom window, which didnt close all the way as it let the steam out of the bathroom, and that airconditioner unit was left on all night, even with us closing the bathroom door, the noise still infiltrated the room when we were trying to sleep.

Reception exceptional, very friendly with genuine enthusiasm and willing to please. I stayed with my son for a soccer engagement and it was ideal location. Everything with easy walk of the motel and adjacent to The Mudgee Club.

Whilst the motel is an older style the facilities are in good condition, very clean and the beds comfortable. The only down side is the guest parking on site is tight but near parking in the street was readily available. It is a two story building meaning double the amount of guest cars and stairs to negotiate. Having said that our host altered my room to a ground floor when she became aware I was a senior, very much appreciated.

The staff had warmed my room with the air con which was thoughtful on a cold day. The room was spotless and contained everything I required. The bathroom is small with the vanity in the kitchenette area, but the full bath/shower water was hot. The water pressure was great. A huge flat screen TV. The location was very quiet despite being fully booked. My bed mattress was soft and super comfy. The standard of the room is well above other Mudgee motels I've stayed at who charge more. This one is great value for a good night's sleep and in a convenient location close to supermarkets, shops and food etc.

Unfortunately my fridge had been left switched off and the complimentary milk was date expired the next morning and had started to sour so no cuppa in the morning, but truly a great experience overall.

The motel was central and very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lovely small pool which sadly we didn’t use. Staff were helpful and obliging.

The showers really let the motel down. Not only was the water pressure low but the shower head needed replacing so the fine mist of water sprayed everywhere. The first night we stayed there there was no hot water. There was a large group of us and this was the case in rooms upstairs and downstairs . The manager was aware and did what she could. Not keen on having the shower above the bath but this wouldn’t have been a problem if if was a decent shower.

The staff were very helpful when I asked for a ground floor unit on my late booking. On arrival I was pleased to find the property had given us one. Very polite receptionist and explained everything clearly. Room was spotless, If a bit dated. Bed was very comfortable and room was warm all night without the aircon ( that I couldn’t get to work).

All was good for the price. Just needs modernizing but couldn’t fault the unit otherwise.

The rooms were large and modern and comfortable. The shower was over the bath but again was modern. Heating to the room was exceptional. Large tv included. Beds were comfortable and firm but not too firm. Swipe card entry which negates the need to carry bulky keys when leaving the premises to explore Mudgee. Close proximity to Club Mudgee

Part large gravel driveway was slightly noisy with cars coming and going or turning early in the morning. This made it also a bit of a challenge for a motorbike rider like myself to negotiate

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I wasnt told till after I booked and paid that there wasnt onsite parking as the carpark was being upgraded. I always check that I have onsite parking and other ammenities before I book somewhere, so I would have chosen another motel. I had to take all my bags into the motel, as I didnt want to leave them in the car on the street. So it was three trips to the car and back.

Location was perfect. Great sized room, fridge and microwave allowed us to prepare some of our food and save a little bit.

Bathroom looks due for a little refresh but was clean and perfectly serviceable. Would be great if 1 carpark was reserved for each room but I was able to park inside by getting back early enough each evening.

conveniently located near all things you need in Mudgee. Good size room where we could put all of of gear and still have room to move. Ample parking space. Ground floor like we asked. popular, which is always a good sign. bathroom amenities in the room. Liked how you could walk to everything you wanted to do. Fridge, albeit a bit small, but with a freezer.
