The room was of good size and of the older styling. The bed was very comfortable and the small ensuite had an exceptional shower head. Couldn’t fault cleanliness. Within walking distance to the centre of town. A fair value for money stay

The room heating unit was not capable of being adjusted which limited the rooms comfort. While the furnishings were of good order some of the curtains are ready for repair and replacement.

We were given an upgrade on arrival. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower was spacious with a huge showerhead which my daughter loved. We needed to extend our stay an extra 2 nights which wasn't a problem.

Only white sugar satchels in the room with the tea/coffee. Would've loved the option of raw sugar as not everyone uses white sugar these days.

Faulty power points in bathroom and all those on the entry wall side of bedroom. So could not plug in phones to charge, dry hair or watch television. Solved by unplugging kitchen appliances as they were on a different circuit to iron and charge phones. Hook needs replacing on back of bathroom door for hanging clothes or towel. Easy things to fix so that small conveniences make the overall stay better.

So helpful and obliging. Really appreciative of the assistance provided due to the necessity to unexpectedly travel during extremely bad weather. Was reassuring to arrive at the motel very late with the key available, able to make a cup of tea, have a good hot shower and sink into a comfortable bed

There was very limited shelves or hooks in the bathroom for personal needs Could we suggest the installation of a grab bar in the shower for balance and safety of the elderly and infirm

Appearances can be deceiving - an older motel which looked a little “dodgy” at first sight but to our delight the room was clean, neat and tidy and very roomy.

Clean and tidy and close to town

Uncomfortable pillows and very old blankets. After 7 nights moving from town to town this was the only place where the staff were unfriendly. A smile at reception never goes astray.

The room was clean and well maintained. Parking was easy with plenty of room outside the units. The location was easy walking distance to the centre of town and a number of other interesting attractions.

The family room included tea and coffee making facilities as well as a toaster, microwave and kettle but only 3 cups, no cutlery (2 teaspoons only), no plates (for toast) or bowls for BYO breakfast/ snacks.

We did not have any from owners, but we had the facilities in our room to allow us to make our own.It was walking distance to centre of town.Bed was comfortable.

There wasn’t anything , we didn’t realise it was next to a road but it didn’t make a lot of noise.Bathroom could do with an update.
