Spacious and clean room. Comfy beds and pillows. Big TV. 3x100ml cartons of long life milk were provided and 5x 600ml bottles of water, cold in fridge 👍 Beautiful surroundings and scenery. Close to town, shops and restuarants. The cool weather and fresh air. Motel bar and restuarant closed for renos but will wine and dine there next time. Awesome location and value for money, will definitely stay here again. Friendly staff, reception and housekeeping.

Not a big deal but TV played up on our last day/night and couldn't watch anything/ movies from 3pm onwards, there was bad weather but it still had no signal hours after the storm passed, maybe need to change the HDMI cord. Also, the bathroom door lock hits the corner of the sink unless you hold the doorknob to the left. If you want some fresh air, jus leave the door open abit with the chain on.

Clean, roomy room. On ground level with parking out front of room Plenty of tea and coffee making supplies and free bottled water. Microwave available Price was good value compared to some others in Lithgow. Ease of check in and heck out. Early check in was available on request.

Height of cupboard for tea making too high for shorter people but plenty of supplies to do so No breakfast available on Sundays. Unfortunately I stayed Saturday night so was affected by this. Also no restaurant on Sundays. Signage on road into motel could have been better. Drove past it because it is not marked and it is behind another business Would have liked to be able to close block out curtains when leaving room but couldn't because of how door opens inwards

We liked everything. From the warm welcome to a very comfortable and clean room. Room was a good size with higher ceiling. Location was just off the highway, but very quiet. We had a good night sleep. The bathroom had plenty of storage and good light. I also found the magnifying mirror very handy, good for make up and shaving. There is a restaurant onsite, which is at present closed due to holidays. But they serve breakfast and dinner and there is also a bar. Menu looked very tempting. We will try the restaurant on our next stay at Bowen Inn.

Room was great, very spacious and super comfortable. Staff very super friendly and helpful. Parking was available for each room but could get a little tight if the place was full. Having the restaurant onsite was great because we couldn't easily get to other places, so we ate dinner and breakfast there. Would stay again for short stay/stop over

Was a little isolated, nothing really within walking distance so had to rely on the restaurant. Couldn't shut the room curtains when you left the room because of the way the door curtains were, was ok once in the room but if leaving the room, you have to leave all the curtains open, and everything is on show.

Location is incredibly convenient, approx 10 min drive from Blue Mountains Spa Paradise and from town. Room was spacious, toilet was clean, and the overall ambiance was comfortable. Bar/restaurant had a nice little fire place which was perfect for a relaxing nightcap. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Loved parking right outside the room!

The bed could have been made better, and the kettle appeared a bit dirty and old. Additionally, a few more pillows would have been appreciated, but for the price it was still good value.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

There is only one door to the room so if you are like me and like fresh air at night in the room to sleep you can't get this unless you have the door ajar with the lock chain on to get any air in the room. I saw another room doing this as well to get air. But otherwise the room is very comfortable.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the bed and sheets were super comfy. I was able to easily access all the amenities I needed. There were a good amount of power points in convenient places, and adequate storage space/surfaces to easily manage my luggage.

The remote control for the air conditioner was weirdly sticky when I picked it up, and the off button was straight up missing. I was not able to turn off the air conditioner at all. It wasn't too bad, but I would sincerely have appreciated being able to turn off the air conditioner, as it was a rather cool night and I don't like how dry the AC makes the air.

The large room was spotless and in excellent condition. Bathroom was also large and pristine with a magnifying shaving/makeup mirror. The bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee provided with biscuits and cold water. Host was friendly and informative. The room was very quiet and the airconditioning/heating worked well.

TV was a bit small and awkwardly located up high.

Rooms were spacious and well presented. Although next to highway and large hospital, not a sound was heard. Have tried 4 other motels in Lithgow, will not be looking at more, and have found our perfect stay.

There are no plates or cutlery in the room considering that the restaurant was closed and we had to venture into Lithgow for our meal. And no plug for bathroom basin.

People that run the property. Clean spacious rooms, tv, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, all that we needed. Milk and water to make coffee and tea in the room. Good value for money

It’s just a little far past the main blue mountains area that we needed. But that is reflected in the great value price I guess. Coming from Sydney it means that you have to go quite a way past the three sisters view point and Scenic world but the road is easy enough and the hotel is easy enough to find.
