Forest View Bungalow is relaxed and unpretentious overlooking the bush and is an easy drive to Nambucca's shops, beaches and the breakwater. The cottage is comfortable with all the amenities we needed (including coffee machine and pods). There is a comfy sofa and armchair to relax and watch TV, a nice indoor kitchen setting overlooking the surrounding bush as well as an outdoor bar table and stools. It is a very quiet and peaceful environment. Tony and Judy provided us with excellent clear directions to get there and are helpful and friendly hosts.

We loved the ease of informed information given for a non contact checkin. This was a last minute booking for us, we picked here because of good price and location but were extremely surprised how great our accommodation was. Beds were very comfortable, beautiful bush outlook, very quiet and private, as we took the last room we were happily surprised we did not see or hear any other guest. Room facilities were good with pod coffee etc everything you need. Thankyou guys we will definitely return to stay longer.

I may have missed it but a cutting board would be handy to cut tomatoes etc for our tapas. otherwise everything was great.

The bungalow was so charming - super comfy bed, luxurious linens and pillows, and all the necessary amenities for the kitchen and bath. The property is on a quiet road and backs to the forest so it was peaceful, yet just a few minutes drive to the Woolworths, town, and seaside. The host Tony was very friendly and helpful, too. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Just be sure to close the door quickly to avoid letting bugs inside (to be expected so NOT a complaint at all). Repellent was provided just in case!

Very comfy cosy place. Clean and well presented studio. I'd left my phone charger at home and the host very kindly went and found me a charger to use over night. Would recommend.

The TV didn't work, even after the host tried to get it working, but Nambucca was being affected by the southern flank of Cyclone Alfred, so possibly the weather was causing issues with the TV connection. The wifi was good so I was able to watch stuff on my laptop to pass the time instead.

This beautiful bungalow is an oasis on the edge of a forest, surrounded by nature, you can ‘bring the outside in’ by opening the French doors. A truly beautiful space, with quality furnishings and fittings, well maintained, and with hosts who obviously enjoy sharing their property with guests. Quiet, you can hear the native wildlife, but most importantly DOG FRIENDLY! I can honestly say this is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in in Aus - highly recommended.❤️

Off the main drag on the edge of the forest so very very quiet. Cabin has everything needed and is well furnished and comfortable . Arriving home at 8.30pm after dinner we saw the biggest kaangaroo at our door way. Would be well suited for people staying a few nights to enjoy the surroundings. Nice big bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Only small catch would be if you cant do steps. Our cabin had 3 steps up to the bathroom, which was fine by us, and maybe other cabins dont, so ask when booking.

This is a lovely, well cared for studio in a pretty location away from the centre of Nambucca but close enough to walk to town and beaches. The studio isn't glitzy luxury accommodation - It's spacious, very comfortable, in a charming setting. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside, having a glass of wine and a llight meal while chatting to a healthy looking possum. Breakfast was had under the watchful gaze of a young 'roo. We'll be back!

No real dislikes. Great place. A bit more cutlery and crockery would have been nice but not essential.

This bungalow is in a perfect location. Close to beaches and town but far enough away that it feels so private and peaceful. We were stopping in Nambucca Heads overnight while we drove home from Victoria but I wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely be back. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, looking even better in person. My husband and I and our 2 dogs were very comfortable!

It’s seclusion, it’s an adorable bungalow with a dear little outdoor verandah for sitting and looking off into the distance. The bed was sooo comfortable we both didn’t want to get up. Everything was there that we needed, the little bathroom was perfect, great shower. There were two bottles of wine that I imagined you would have to pay for but not a thing was missed out. Well one thing but hey it’s really a first world problem, no ice in the freezer for my Campari 😂. We had total privacy but it was made known to us if we wanted for anything we could just text. Our little dog loved it too, we took her out on a lead as there was a rabbit hopping about. Also I hate the thought of dogs chasing any wild animal.

My parents loved the bungalow,set in nature was definitely a 10+! The bed was super comfy and warm. Looking out into nature was a definite plus.

They commented on that there was no where for them to hang their clothes, and that the microwave was situated low that they had trouble accessing. They were their for an 80th birthday and on arriving home( not late 10ish) they had no lighting to access accommodation.
